چکیده
هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، سنجش وضعیت آمادگی پژوهشگاه جهت پیادهسازی مدیریت دانش در سازمان میباشد. اطلاعات این طرح از طریق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته که شامل 51 سوال میباشد گردآوری شده است.نمونه آماری این پژوهش را 130 نفر از محققین پژوهشگاه تشکیل دادهاند و با توجه به اطلاعات مربوط به شاخصها که از طریق پرسشنامه جمعآوری شده، وضعیت آمادگی پژوهشگاه برای پیادهسازی مدیریت دانش سنجیده شده است. در این پژوهش از دو منظر به سنجش وضعیت آمادگی پژوهشگاه پرداخته شده است، که عبارت است از 1-ابعاد فرهنگ سازمانی، پشتیبانی فناوری اطلاعات و ساختار سازمانی و فرآیندهای مرتبط با آنها 2-باور کارکنان از منظر سودمندی و سهولت اجرای فرآیندهای مدیریت دانش. نتایج پژوهش بیانگر آن است که پژوهشگاه از منظر اول، در زمینه تعریف فرآیندهای مناسب کاری دارای آمادگی نبوده ولی از منظر دوم دارای آمادگی لازم می باشد.

The present research aimed at investigation of the feasibility of implementation of Knowledge Management in the Research Institute of Petroleum Industry. Data was gathered by means of a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of 51 items. The research sample consisted of 130 researchers. Preparedness of the institute was investigated from two angles: 1. The Organizational Culture, consisting of the organizational structure and its IT support; 2. The personnel belief in usefulness and ease of implementation of KM processes. Results of the study revealed lack of preparedness in the RIPI regarding the first viewpoint; however, it seems that the RIPI is prepared in regards with the second viewpoint.
