چکیده

با گسترش پایگاه های اطلاعاتی و پیدایش موتورهای جست و جوی متنوع نیاز به استفاده از فنون و رهیافت های مؤثر جست و جو مانند بسط پرسش به نحو چشمگیری افزایش یافته است. به این منظور در پژوهش حاضر در دو مرحله به بررسی تاثیر بسط پرسش بر میزان دقت نتایج بازیابی شده و رضایت مندی کاربران پرداخته شده است. در مرحله اول با استفاده از روش تحلیل متن به شناسایی کلیدواژه ها و عبارت های عمومی که قبل و بعد از واژه های موضوعی در منابع وبی یافت می شوند مبادرت شد. در مرحله دوم پژوهشی به روش پیمایشی انجام شد و داده های مورد لزوم با استفاده از فهرست کلیدواژه ها و عبارات عمومی به دست آمده در مرحله اول و برگه های کاوش استخراج گردید. جامعه آماری دانشجویان سال سوم و چهارم کارشناسی رشته کتابداری و اطلاع رسانی دانشگاه شیراز می باشند. یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد که از 272 کلیدواژه و عبارت عمومی به ترتیب 168 و 104 کلیدواژه و عبارت عمومی قبل و بعد از کلیدواژه های موضوعی جست و جو شده آورده شده است. بین جست و جو بدون بسط پرسش ، بسط پرسش با استفاده از الگوهای پیشنهادی موتور جست و جوی اسک و بسط پرسش با استفاده از کلیدواژه ها و عبارات عمومی از لحاظ میزان دقت اختلاف معناداری وجود ندارد.  ولی رضایت کاربران از بسط پرسش درحالت های استفاده از الگوهای پیشنهادی اسک و کلیدواژه ها و عبارت های عمومی نسبت به عدم بسط پرسش به طور معناداری افزایش یافته است

A Comparison of the relevance of retrieved resources using expansing search ASK engine query and general terms from the viewpoints of Library & Information Science student users

چکیده [English]

The development of information databases and emergence of a  variety of earch engines led to an increase in the need for using  efficient practices and strategies. In this research, the impact of expanding quesry on the accuracy of the retrieved items and satisfaction of the users are investigated in two phases. In the first stage, general vocabulary and expressions found before and after subject words in Web resources were identified. In the second stage,  asurvey was conduced through which the data was obtained through the list of key words and general expressions extracted  in the first stage and by search sheets. The study population consisted of LIS fourth year and third year students of Shiraz University. Findings showed that out of the 272  key words and general expressions 168 and 104 key words and general expressions  were used before and after the searched subject key words, respectively. There were no significant differences between non-expanded search, expansion using ASK search engine’s suggested patterns and expanded query using key words and general expressions in terms of accuracy. However, users’ satisfaction was significantly increased when using expanded query in ASK suggested patterns and key words and general expressions compared to non-expanded query.
