چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر عبارتست از بررسی مفهوم دانش، شناسایی مؤلفه‌های مهم اشتراک و تبدیل دانش و بررسی پیاده‌‌سازی مدیریت دانش در فرهنگستان هنر جمهوری اسلامی ایران براساس نظرات کارکنان این سازمان.
روش پژوهش توصیفی- پیمایشی و جامعه آن 190 کارمند شاغل در گروه‌ها و بخش‌های مختلف فرهنگستان هنر هستند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه‌ای است که برای همین پژوهش طراحی، تدوین و اجرا شد.
فرهنگستان هنر با توجه به امکانات خود، قابلیت پیاده سازی و اجرای مطلوب مدیریت دانش را دارد به شرطی که فرهنگ سازمانی آن در راستای الزامات پیاده سازی مدیریت دانش تغییر یابد. سه نوع دانش در فرهنگستان هنر جاری است. آنچه که قدری پیچیده به نظر می‌آید مدیریت دانش نوع سوم است که مستلزم شناختن و شکافتن مضمون‌های نهفته در آثار هنری است. به نظر می‌رسد درحال حاضر، اصلاح فرهنگ سازمانی و پیاده کردن نوعی مدیریت ترکیبی (مدیریت انواع دانش موجود در فرهنگستان هنر) از عوامل اصلی بهبود وضعیت موجود و لازمه‌ی مطلوبیت بخشی به فرایند‌های مدیریت دانش در فرهنگستان هنر می‌باشند.

Knowledge Concept and Management in the Academy of Arts of the Islamic Republic of Iran

چکیده [English]

Aim: This research aimed at the study of the concept of knowledge, identification of the important components of knowledge sharing and transformation, and the study of implementation of knowledge management in the Academy of Arts of the IRI based on the views of the staff members of this organization.
Method: This research is a descriptive kind based on a survey which is administered among 190 staff members employed in different departments of this academy. The data collection tool was a survey questionnaire that was devised and administered for the purpose of this research.
Findings: Considering the present situation and conditions of the Academy of Arts of the IRI, KM can be implemented successfully provided that its organizational culture could change in line with KM implementation requirements. There are three kinds of knowledge current in the academy of which what is a little complicated to be managed is the 3rd kind which requires identification and examination of the concepts embedded in the art works.
