چکیده

مقدمه: مهارت‌های ارتباطی لازمه بقا و ادامه حیات انواع سازمان‌ها از جمله کتابخانه‌ها است و به کارگیری مناسب آن در محیط کتابخانه‌ها از ویژگی اساسی حرفه کتابداری است که می‌تواند حتی بر مهارت‌های مدیریتی کتابخانه‌ها نیز اثر‌گذار باشد. . پژوهش حاضر با هدف " میزان تاثیرگذاری مهارت‌های ارتباطی بر مهارت‌های مدیریت کوانتومی کتابداران و نقش آن بر چابکی کتابخانه‌ها" انجام شده است.
روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نظر روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و مدل‌یابی مبتنی بر الگوی معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه پژوهش کتابداران کتابخانه‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کشور می‌باشند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه‌های مهارت‌های ارتباطی بارتون جی. ای )2006(، مدیریت کوانتومی نظری و بصراوی (1394) و چابکی سازمانی شریفی و ژانگ(2010) می‌باشد.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد میزان تأثیر مهارت‌های ارتباطی بر مدیریت کوانتومی از سطح میانگین فرضی 3 بالاتر است. همچنین میزان تأثیر مهارت‌های ارتباطی بر چابکی سازمانی نسبت به میزان تأثیر مهارت‌های کوانتومی بر چابکی سازمانی بیشتر بوده است. آنچه از مدل نهائی استنباط شده است حاکی از این بود که ضریب مسیر تأثیر مهارت ارتباطی بر مدیریت کوانتومی، برابر با 87/0 r= و نسبت به ضریب مسیر تأثیر مهارت ارتباطی بر چابکی کتابخانه‌ها که برابر با 72/0 r= بیشتر بوده است. همچنین در مدل نهائی مشخص شده است در مولفه‌ مهارت‌های ارتباطی مهارت شنودی با بار عاملی استاندارد 96/0 r= ، نسبت به مولفه کلامی بار عاملی استاندارد 93/0 r= و مولفه بازخورد بار عاملی استاندارد 77/0 r= تأثیرگذارتر بوده است. در مولفه‌ مهارت‌های مدیریت کوانتومی نیز اعتماد با بار عاملی استاندارد 94/0 r=و دیدن با بار عاملی استاندارد 91/0 r= نسبت به سایر مهارت‌های مدیریت کوانتومی بیشترین تأثیر و مولفه عمل با بار عاملی61/0 r= و مولفه احساس با بارعاملی 64/0 r= کمترین تأثیر را بر چابکی سازمانی گذاشت. در مولفه چابکی سازمانی نیز پاسخگویی با بار عاملی استاندارد 95/0 r=و انعطاف با بار عاملی استاندارد 89/0 r=نسبت به سرعت با بار عاملی استاندارد 75/0 r=و شایستگی با بار عاملی استاندارد 63/0 r= بیشترین تأثیر را از مهارت‌های ارتباطی و مهارت‌های مدیریت کوانتومی می‌پذیرفت.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به تأثیر مثبت مهارت‌های ارتباطی و ماهیت پیچیده فرآیند ارتباط توسعه مهارت‌های ارتباطی بین فردی کتابداران بنا بر نیاز حرفه‌ای ضروریست تا کتابداران با بهره‌گیری از مهارت‌های ارتباطی در مدیریت کتابخانه‌ها فعالیت‌های خود را به سمت پویایی و چابکی پیش ببرند.

چکیده [English]

Introduction
Communication skills are essential for the survival and durability of variety of organizations, including libraries, which their proper use in the library environment is a critical feature of the librarianship as a profession that can affect even the management skills of libraries. The present study aims to "measure the impact of communication skills on quantum management skills of librarians and their role on agility of libraries."
Methodology
The present study is descriptive-analytic and modeling based on structural equation model. The research community is librarians of Iran University of Medical Sciences libraries.. Information gathering tool, Barton J's Communication Skills Questionnaire. E (2006), Theoretical Quantum Management Questionnaire and Basrawi (2015), and Organizational Agility Questionnaire Sharifi and Zhang (2010).
Findings
The results showed that the effect of communication skills on quantum management is higher than the hypothetical mean level of 3. Also, the effect of communication skills on organizational agility was greater than the effect of quantum skills. What was understood from the final model was that the path coefficient effect of communication skills on quantum management with the value of r = 0.87 rather than its path coefficient effect on libraries' agility with the value of r = 0.72 was higher. Also, in the final model, it is found that in the communication skills component, listening skills with standard factor load of r = 0.96, was more effective compared to the verbal component with standard factor load of r = 0.93 and the feedback component with standard factor load of r = 0.77. In the component of quantum management skills, trust with standard factor load of r = 0.94 and seeing with standard factor load of r = 0.91 compared to the other quantum management skills, had the most effect and component of action with factor load of r = 0.61 and the component of emotion with factor load of r = 0.64 had the least effect on organizational agility. In the component of organizational agility, responsiveness with standard factor load of r = 0.95 and flexibility with standard factor load of r = 0.89 compared to speed with standard factor load of r = 0.75 and competency with standard factor load of r = 0.63 received the most impact from communication skills and quantum management skills.
Conclusion
Due to the positive impact of communication skills and the complex nature of the communication process, it is necessary to develop interpersonal communication skills in the librarians regarding their professional needs to benefit their skills in library management and moving their activities towards dynamicity and agility.
