چکیده
هدف: این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی دیدگاه مدیران نسبت به وضعیت مؤلفه‌های الگوی سایبرنتیک در کتابخانه‌های عمومی استان اصفهان انجام شده است.
روش‌شناسی: پژوهش به روش پیمایشی- تحلیلی انجام شد. جامعه‌ی آماری پژوهش شامل مسئولان کتابخانه‌های عمومی اصفهان بود که از 176 نفر، 126 نفر پرسشنامه را تکمیل نمودند. گردآوری داده‌های موردنیاز پژوهش با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته و بر اساس دیدگاه بیرن بائوم انجام گرفت. این پرسشنامه 7 مؤلفه‌ی تعاملات، توازن، سلسله‌مراتب، رهبری، نظارت و کنترل، تصمیم‌گیری و پیوندهای سست و سخت دارد. جهت بررسی پایایی، ضریب آلفای کرونباخ پرسشنامه 753/0 محاسبه شد که حاکی از پایا بودن پرسشنامه بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی و در نرم‌افزار 21 SPSS انجام گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد که مؤلفه‌های الگوی سایبرنتیک در مدیریت کتابخانه‌های عمومی اصفهان در حد بالایی مورد توجه قرار می‌گیرد. همچنین یافته‌ها نشان داد که به ترتیب، مؤلفه‌های کنترل و نظارت، تعاملات، رهبری، پیوندهای سست و سخت، توازن در مدیریت، تصمیم‌گیری و سلسله‌مراتب در رتبه‌های اول تا هفتم قرار دارند.
نتیجه‌گیری: توجه مدیران کتابخانه‌های عمومی استان اصفهان به مؤلفه‌های الگوی سایبرنتیک حاکی از آن است که مدیران در حد مطلوبی نسبت به کارکردها، ساختار، اهداف، وظایف و خدمات کتابخانه‌های خود آگاهی دارند. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش، بهتر است زمینه تعامل بیشتر و مؤثرتر کارکنان با مدیریت فراهم شود و با تقسیم‌بندی وظایف، قانون‌مداری و رعایت سلسله‌مراتب، سطح رضایت کارکنان و عملکرد سازمانی بیش از وضع موجود ارتقا یابد و برای تحول و تکامل سازمان گام برداشته شود.

Investigating the status of Cybernetic model components in public libraries of Isfahan province from the perspective of managers
Abstract
Objective: This study aimed to identify the attitudes of managers towards the status of Cybernetic model components in public libraries of Isfahan province.
Method: The research is conducted by the analytical survey method. The statistical population of the study includes the officials of Isfahan public libraries who completed the questionnaire out of 176 people, 126 people. The required data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire based on Byrne Baum's view. This questionnaire includes 7 components of Interactions, Balance, Hierarchy, Leadership, Supervision and Control, Decision making, and Weak and Hard links. To evaluate the reliability, Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the questionnaire is calculated to be 0.753, which indicated that the questionnaire was reliable. Data analysis is performed using descriptive and inferential statistics in SPSS 21 software.
Results: The results showed that the components of the Cybernetic model in the management of Isfahan public libraries are considered. The findings also showed that the components of Control and Supervision, Interaction, Leadership, Weak and Hard links, Balance in management, Decision making, and Hierarchy are in the first to seventh ranks, respectively.
Results: The attention of public library managers in Isfahan province to the components of the Cybernetic model indicates that managers are well aware of the functions, structure, goals, tasks, and services of their libraries. According to the research results, it might be better to provide more effective interaction between employees and manager. It is necessary to improve the organizational performance of the library by dividing tasks, rule of law, and observance of hierarchy, the level of employee satisfaction and performance, and evolve the organization step by step.
