چکیده

هدف: مطالعه‌ی حاضر باهدف شناسایی جایگاه اقتصادی صنعت نشر الکترونیک در ایران با نگاهی حقوقی، بررسی صرفه‌های اقتصادی آن، امکان جایگزینی کتاب الکترونیک به‌جای کتاب کاغذی و واکاوی آینده پیش‌روی این صنعت در ایران، انجام گرفته است.
روش‌شناسی: مقاله حاضر با استفاده از روش تحقیق توصیفی-تحلیلی و با بهره‌گیری از روش مصاحبه، نگارش‌یافته ‌و روش نمونه‌گیری پژوهش بر‌اساس روش غیرتصادفی نمونه‌گیری گلوله برفی استوار است که یافته‌های تحقیق با استفاده از روش کیفی گراندد تئوری بیان گردیده ‌است.
یافته‌ها: امکان جایگزینی کتاب الکترونیک به‌جای کتاب چاپی و کاغذی در وضعیت کنونی امری نامحتمل به‌نظر می‌رسد. بر طبق آرای کارشناسان، صنعت نشر الکترونیک کتاب، صنعتی با صرفه‌های اقتصادی برای ناشران، پدیدآورندگان و خوانندگان می‌باشد و می‌تواند با کاهش قیمت کتاب، فصلی نو را در عرصه کتاب‌خوانی ایران آغاز نماید که این امر نیازمند توجه به قانون‌ حمایت از حقوق مؤلفان و مصنفان، اشاعه و ترویج کتاب‌خوانی در جهت بالا بردن میزان سرانه مطالعه، ایجاد زیرساخت‌های نشر الکترونیک و نیز تأمین امنیت شغلی ناشران الکترونیک است تا آینده نشر الکترونیک آینده‌ای روشن و توسعه‌محور باشد.
نتیجه‌گیری: بر طبق نتایج پژوهش، بررسی صنعت نشر الکترونیک کتاب در ایران نشان می‌دهد، این صنعت هنوز به جایگاهی اقتصادی فراخور وضعیت خود در سطح بین‌المللی نرسیده و هنوز بازار کالایی از کتاب الکترونیک به‌طور کامل تشکیل نشده‌ است تا بتواند نیاز‌های مصرف‌کنندگان را پاسخگو باشد.

چکیده [English]

Background and Objectives: The present study aims to reviews the economic position and future identification of the species of the publication, and the economic and cost-effective possibilities to replace e-books with paper books. Unfortunately, no written research has been written in Iran in the field of production and supply of e-books and the economic position of this industry, and its future in Iran. In this study, we intend to analyze the e-book publishing industry in Iran, the economic status, and the future of such publishing from the perspective of experts and electronic publishers in the country's publishing industry, and to know whether this publication has been able as our exchange for paper publishing. To be raised? Does this publication have economic benefits for publishers and the book market? Along with studying these cases, we have tried to examine the success factors of the future of the electronic book publishing industry in the publishing market, such as adhering to domestic law and international conventions related to intellectual property rights.
Methodology: The present article uses the analytical and descriptive research methods, taking into consideration the interviews, writing, and research sampling method, based on the non-random sampling procedure that is based on the snowball.
Findings: The possibility of replacing the e-book and printed book instead of a frustrating affair is likely at least in the paper the current situation, it seems. According to the rating of the electronic publishing industry experts, industrial economic books, frugal to publishers, producers, and readers, and can reduce the price of the book, reading a new chapter in Iran that it would need to pay attention to the law on the protection of the rights of authors and publishers, the dissemination and promotion of the Book reading in order to raise the per capita rate study, creating the infrastructure of e-publishing and e-publishers is the job security of supply as well as the future of electronic publishing of a bright future and development axes.
Discussion: according to the results of the study that investigated the electronic book publishing industry in Iran, this industry does not to its status or economic status at the international level, and not yet a the commodity market of electronic books is not entirely up to the needs of consumers. According to the results of this study, the book publishing industry in Iran is economically viable because eliminating costs such as paper costs, warehousing, and distribution costs has been able to reduce book costs and on the other hand by reducing these costs to increase copyright, Finally, the existence of economic benefits of e-book publishing in Iran has been confirmed according to the data of this study. By informing about economic efficiency, a part of the book-reading community that does not have access to books due to the increase in book prices as before can be directed to this industry. According to the results of the study, the future of the e-book publishing industry in Iran can be influenced by the law protecting authors and publishers or the copyright law and adhering to conventions, creating job security for e-publishers, and indirect government support, changing consumption patterns. Books mention environmental protection, proper advertising and investment in infrastructure, and making a book reader like Amazon Kindle. According to experts, although the future of this industry is uncertain, it is possible to open the way for the expansion of the electronic book publishing industry and create a suitable market worthy of books by rational planning and strengthening the related areas of this industry appropriate goals. Because electronic book publishing can reduce the price of books by reducing production costs, which, given the current economic situation in Iran, can encourage a large part of the book-eager community to buy books. It seems necessary for a fundamental overhaul of the Iranian publishing industry. The electronic publishing industry, as a small part of this industry, can create a good opportunity to develop, improve and enhance the economic position of publishing. It should be noted that new technology transmits not only information but also cultural elements and culture. Based on the above, it can be concluded that there is a need for well-researched research in this field so that the factors involved in the electronic publishing industry can well assess the situation and take a risk-free step in the future.
