Background and Objectives: The scientific community's presence in scientific and professional social networks such as LinkedIn has advantages such as improving scholarly works' visibility, sharing knowledge with professionals and students, interacting with other scholars, and promoting research's social impact. This study aims to analyse the activities of faculty members in the field of Information Science and Knowledge Studies in the social network of LinkedIn. Methodology: The present research is applied, and descriptive-analytical and the method used in this research is the library and social network analysis, which has been done with a quantitative approach. The research community consists of all faculty members working in Information Science and Knowledge Studies in Iranian public universities. Data were obtained manually during June and July 2019 by examining each of these members' profile pages. Then, the obtained data were entered into Excel software and tabulated and analysed based on research questions. Findings: The results showed that 59.13% of the faculty members are members of LinkedIn. Of this number, only 17.64% have been active in posting, commenting, and liking, with Maryam Sarrafzadeh and Amir Reza Asnafi accounting for the highest number. The most common topic of faculty posts on LinkedIn is "Sharing and introducing personal scholarly outputs" at 28.07%. In the LinkedIn interests section, 54 members followed 314 groups, influential people, companies, and educational institutions. In general, "Abdolreza Norouzi Chakli" and "Rasoul Zavaraqi" followed by 73 of the mentioned cases have the highest amount. The activities of "Maryam Sarrafzadeh" and "Abdolreza Norouzi Chakli" are more diverse than the others. The studied indicators determined that "Maryam Sarrafzadeh" with 3161 points and among the universities; the University of Tehran with 6271 points had the highest performance. Among the surveyed members, 75% of the people in their profile have a personal photo. Given the importance of having an image on your LinkedIn profile, 25% of people who do not have a photo on their profile are almost high. Examining the faculty members' profiles and the information they provided about themselves showed that they had performed poorly in this area. The low statistics of completing the experiences, achievements, and language sections show that people did not enter everything they are, but only briefly mentioned them. Recommendations, which are an essential part of LinkedIn, have received very little attention. The "About" section of most people gives minimal information about the person. This may be because people are not interested in describing their scientific and professional life descriptively or do not take completing this section very seriously. Discussion: In general, according to the findings of this study, including that less than 14% of faculty members on LinkedIn have shared posts, and also had the least interaction with the posts shared by other members in the form of likes and comments, it can be said that board members Information Science and Knowledge Iranian public universities have not used the facilities and capabilities of the LinkedIn social network to share knowledge and communicate with professionals and students. The faculty members' poor performance of the Iranian Information Science and Knowledge Departments on LinkedIn has prevented a real interaction between science and practice. So that specialists in this field, such as librarians, research experts and people involved in the areas of scientometrics and evaluation of science and technology, can not update their professional knowledge by following faculty members and published research to improve their working performance. Job search is one of the most critical applications of a LinkedIn social network, and many employers search for the required workforce from LinkedIn. In resume and job search workshops held by libraries in developed countries for job seekers, LinkedIn and how to present profile information in a way that attracts the employer is taught. But in Iran, the issue is not taken into account; given the high unemployment rate in Iran, it needs to be educated and taken seriously. It is suggested that faculty members of Information Science and Knowledge Studies have an active presence in this network and encourage their students to use it. Incorporating scientific and professional social networks such as LinkedIn into related courses and institutionalizing its use as a conduit for faculty and students and staying up-to-date scientifically can pave the way for it to be taught by future professionals and professionals. It is also suggested that different Library and Information Association branches hold educational workshops on scientific and professional communication in cyberspace to emphasize the importance of being on the social web to enhance the visibility of the scholarly works and increase the social impact of research and provide the necessary platform for education and public awareness.

Purpose: This paper aims at determining appropriate performance indicators based on the world’s national libraries and related ISOs. They are also chosen according to the NLAI’s experts comments based on Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM).Methodology: The present research is applied to the research purpose and uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. The statistical society includes 2 categories: first, performance indicators of the world's national libraries (Library of Congress, British Library, National Library of Australia, National Library of Spain, Swiss National Library, Library and Archives Canada, National Library of France, and National Diet Library) adopted via emails to their national libraries. The second is through 14 top level managers of NLAI selected by a purposeful sampling. The research tool to conduct a Fuzzy Delphi technique involve a checklist whose validity were recognized according to expert's opinion. The final checklist includes two categories of general and specialized questions. General questions include the demographic characteristics of the respondents. These questions include gender, age, organizational status, work experience, and level of education. Specialized questions that are the main part of the checklist and include 192 performance indicators in 11 dimensions (Building the national collection, Making the services accessible: Cataloguing, Making the services accessible: Quick and easy access, Making the services accessible: Usage, Making the services accessible: Digitization, Offering reference services, Building potentials for development, Preserving the collection, Managing efficiently, Research, and Library Standards Development). FindingsIn this study, out of 192 indicators, 32 indicators were selected view point of NLAI expert's. In the dimension of "Building the national collection" out of 20 indicators, 3 indicators were among the performance indicators selected by the experts NLAI.In the dimension of " Making the services accessible: Cataloguing" out of 12 indicators, 2 indicators; in dimension of "Making the services accessible: Quick and easy access" out of 17 indicators, 3 indicators;in dimension of "Making the services accessible: Usage" out of 53 indicators, 6 indicators; in dimension of "Making the services accessible: Digitization" out of 21 indicators, 5 indicators were among the performance indicators selected by the experts NLAI.In dimension of "Offering reference services" out of 10 indicators, 5 indicators; In dimension of "Building potentials for development"out of 28 indicators, 3 indicators; In dimension of "Preserving the collection" out of 9 indicators, 2 indicators; In dimension of "Managing efficiently" out of 14 indicators, 3 indicators were among the performance indicators selected by the experts NLAI.Also, from the other results of this research, it can be said that in the "Research" dimension, out of a total of 4 indicators, no indicators were selected from the perspective of NLAI's experts. In the "Library Standards Development" dimension, the two tasks of cataloging standards and digital and technology standards were selected by the organization's experts.2 proposed items (Number of newly provided bibliographic data to OCLC, and New number of offerings authority data to VIAF), which was not the responsibility of the National Library's review staff, but because of its global importance. They were questioned by experts, not selected by NLAI experts.ConclusionIn this research, for the first time, the performance indicators of the national libraries of the world and the ISOs related to evaluation of performance of libraries in order to determine and select the performance indicators for NLAI were studied in a coherent manner. From the other results of this research, it can be said that among the 32 selected indicators to evaluate the performance of NLAI, a total of 8 indicators are related to the two ISOs studied (28118 and 21248); That is, 25% of the performance indicators monitored in this study are in accordance with ISO.As Maurice Line stated, "no type of library varies so much in nature, size, and types of media covered, range of acquisitions, functions and services. But what matters is that the responsibilities of national libraries can differ from country to country as they are ‘subject to political agendas which change, often more rapidly than for public or academic libraries.Accordingly, the need to develop performance indicators for national libraries according to their goals and tasks is a very serious issue. Therefore, it is suggested that NLAI use the performance indicators obtained from this study and compare the results and methods used with other national libraries to finally, with frequent reviews and monitoring, achieve a consensus on valid indicators. Finally, given that indicators are defined at the organization’s top levels organization, managers can rely on the findings of the research to appropriately use the indicators to show a clear picture of the performance of the NLAI, and also be effective in allocate resources, make plans and policies of national libraries and prevent potential costs.

Objective: Given the importance and necessity of effective and efficient use of information systems and the study of variables affecting it. the purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of the dimensions of organizational information culture on the use of the information system of Islamic Azad University of Ahvaz.Methodology: The study is applied done using the analytical survey method. The study population consisted of all staff members that use the office automation system of Islamic Azad University of Ahvaz (N=350 persons), and 184 individuals were selected as the sample by a simple random sampling method. Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire based on previous research tools.Findings: The results showed that the mean of the main variable of organizational information culture (3.753), and its dimensions include information integration (3.483), information sharing (3.443), information proactivity (3.56), information transparency (3.54), information control (3.26), and information informality (3.57) as well as use of information system (3.62) all are above average. In addition, the hypothesis test results showed that the organizational information culture have significant effect on perceived value of information (β = 0.459, P <0.01); and using the information system (β = 0.448, P <0.01) directly and indirectly by mediating role of information value (β = 0.445, P <0.01).Conclusion: As result the organization should provide the necessary mechanism for institutionalizing the organizational information culture and its dimensions so as to provide conditions for understanding the value of information by the employees and consequently better use of the information systems.Because academic information systems play an important role in the flow of university information; the Perceived value of information will also affect the use of university information systems. In addition, the status of using the information system also indicates that the use of this system has been accepted among employees. However, it can be said that the average use of information systems may be influenced by other factors such as low computer literacy of employees, their unfamiliarity with the value of information systems, importance, and applications of information technology, and people's habits of doing things manually or inefficiently.

Background and objective. The major objective of a library is to support the educational, research, and cultural system libraries are valuated as driver elements of efficient and effective activities and services of the supporting and healing process, in addition to the aforementioned goals. The impact of knowledge on service organizations is higher compared to manufacturing organizations, and on the other hand, the ever-increasing number of service organizations has attracted more attention to this valuable asset in the world of service business. Library and internet investigations regarding the knowledge sharing behavior among librarians and service value creation for users in university libraries completely signify the fact that in our country, despite the many studies conducted in the field of knowledge sharing and service quality, modeling the impact of knowledge sharing on service value creation in the country's university library environments has been entirely abandoned. The aim of this study was to determine the components and provide a process model for creating service value in academic libraries through knowledge sharing behavior among librarians. Methodology: This research is applied in terms of purpose, and exploratory in terms of survey approach. The statistical population of this study was 19 experts in the fields of knowledge management and librarians who had full knowledge of the structure and status of university libraries and the duties of librarians working in these libraries. An in-depth interview was conducted until the theoretical saturation. In this phase of the research, the snowball sampling method was used. To do so, the first expert was selected according to preliminary investigations and more experts (among university professors, executive managers of university libraries, and experienced advisors) that have authority regarding knowledge management and service management and can help enrich the research model. In the qualitative phase of the research, the grounded theory method was implemented, and thus the main tool for data collection was conducting in-depth and unstructured interviews with experts in the marketing field. In these interviews, the researcher attempted to softly approach the discussion and gain the initial trust of the interviewees in order to pose questions regarding the antecedents and grounds for service value creation for university library users via the knowledge sharing behavior among librarians, the environmental factors impacting it, the consequences of this phenomena.

Aim: The aim of this study was to identify and prioritize the risks of Iranian public library services. Method: The present study was applied in terms of purpose and combined research in terms of method. In the present study, hyper-combined (qualitative) techniques, kappa coefficient calculation, and Delphi (quantitative) techniques were used. The scope of the research included all articles published in the period 1990 to 2020 in Persian and English. The statistical population is a meta-combination of all articles published between 1990 and 2020 that are indexed in various databases; Were examined. In the Delphi technique, the research community includes all specialists in the field of information science and knowledge, public libraries, management, and information technology who already have a history of cooperation with libraries; Was. To determine the exact number of people in the community, all researchers who have conducted research in the subject areas presented in the table above were identified. Then 24 subjects were selected by purposive sampling. Result: Based on published sources, 69 risks in 8 categories. According to experts, the most important challenge facing libraries that have received the highest score from Iranian experts is the loss of library content, inability to purchase new resources or disconnect library resources due to lack of funds, economic issues, censorship, virtualization, Sanctions, etc., which can be a major challenge for public libraries. Challenges of not promoting and encouraging cultural institutions to lead the community to public libraries and increase library competitors (search engines, databases, Internet cafes, etc.) in providing the information needed by customers (given that competitors can provide content in a more user-friendly way to customers Are also in second place and can pose a risk to public libraries. Discussion and Conclusion: Due to the rapid growth of information resources and the diversity of information resources, the library should choose several ways to retrieve the information needed by customers and using interlibrary loan methods, joint sharing of databases and the possibility of sending retrieved resources through Email responds to customers' information needs. Also, the method of selecting the resources of the public libraries of the country is centralized and the library does not have a direct influence on the selection of resources. Therefore, the way of selecting resources should be reviewed and the ways of choosing books by the target community should be expanded, that is, users should be able to choose the books they need through social networks, comments box and suggestions on the library website.

Background and Objectives: In this paper, a decision-making model based on fuzzy approach for prioritizing the cities of Yazd province in terms of public libraries performance is presented. Since the purpose of this research was balanced and comprehensive evaluation of public library performance and to provide a comprehensive view for managers in this field in the future, the main criteria of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) model and an integrated Balanced Scorecard–Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchical Process (BSC-FAHP) model were presented. Despite the relatively large amount of research on the evaluation and ranking of libraries and related approaches, evaluation and ranking with the exact criteria of this important social institution has been less studied. To fill this gap, in this study, a new BSC framework for evaluating public libraries was analytically proposed and used. Methodology: This study was conducted using a descriptive analytical study design and quantitative techniques and followed a practical application. The research population is the public libraries of Yazd province which were evaluated based on four BSC perspectives (namely: financial, customer, internal processes, and growth & learning) and 14 sub-criteria for the purpose of balanced evaluation. The model was carried out in steps: problem definition, fuzzy computations and ranking of alternatives (Yazd province's cities) in terms of the performance of public libraries, and the hierarchy structure used for problem definition included 4 levels of: goal, criteria, factors and alternatives. At first, using a survey of experts and researchers and summarizing the results of a questionnaire and an extensive review of the research literature and with the aim of comprehensive and balanced evaluation, the criteria and important factors of public library performance were determined. Then the relative importance of criteria and factors were determined based on the experts' opinions and the literature results. Evaluation data were collected through a researcher-made questionnaire, which by fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAHP) method and with the help of some macro software such as Super-Decision and Excel were analyzed. Findings: The results of this research show that based on paired comparisons, the weights of financial, customer, internal processes and learning and growth criteria were 0.262, 0.192, 0.295 and 0.251, respectively. So, the main criterion of "internal processes" with a final weight of 0.295 and the factors of "reduction of additional costs" and "customer satisfaction" with a relative weights of 0.360 and 0.344, respectively, are the most important in evaluating the performance of public libraries. Based on the calculations, after reviewing the incompatibility paired comparison matrices and re-weighting, the maximum incompatibility rate (IR) of the paired comparison matrices of criteria and factors equal to 0.087 (less than 0.1) has been obtained; Therefore, the judgments made are consistent and their use in the continuation of the evaluation and selection process is appropriate. Finally, The results show that Yazd city with a final weight of 0.227 and then Meybod city with a final score of 0.169 are the best cities of Yazd province and Ashkezar and Bahabad cities with a final score of 0.054 are the worst cities of Yazd province in terms of public libraries performance. Yazd public libraries are ranked first in two factors: "reduction of additional costs" and "customer satisfaction", which has a relatively higher weight than other evaluation factors. Due to the high relative weight of these two factors, this city has been able to occupy the first rank among the public libraries of Yazd province in terms of comprehensive and balanced performance. Discussion: Unfortunately, today some librarians and public library administrators have a limited and traditional view of libraries evaluation; While today, in line with scientific growth and progress in the field of performance assessment, we should definitely see a change in attitudes and approaches in this area. Given the fact that in the real environment, the decision maker faces risks and uncertainties, and also for the purpose of balanced and sustainable performance evaluation, in order to provide a comprehensive view for library managers in the future, new, innovative, and multi dimensional approaches to performance evaluation should be used. This research has initiated a novel idea to integrate explicit criteria in the libraries evaluation process, especially when there are so many performance criteria that may confuse decision makers. Theoretically and methodologically, this study helps to provide new insights to administrators in this field to select top libraries based on accurate criteria, because very few studies have been done before. In addition to the advantage of this study, fuzzy analytical hierarchy process considers the metrics of balanced scorecard separately and their interactions are neglected. This could be a good direction for future research. In addition, the proposed balanced scorecard of this study can be integrated with other Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) tools such as Analytic Network Process (ANP) and Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA).
