Background and Objectives: The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of group reading of stories on increasing empathy and altruism of preschool children with a positive approach. The hypotheses of the current research were:Group storytelling has an effect on strengthening the empathy spirit of preschool girls in Kermanshah.Group storytelling is effective in strengthening the spirit of altruism of preschool girls in Kermanshah.Methodology: To conduct this research, a quasi-experimental method was used with the subject and control group. The statistical population consisted of all the girls who attended preschool in Kermanshah in the academic year 98-99. The investigated sample was of the available type, which included 20 children who were randomly divided into two groups of 10 people, test and control. The data collection tool was Ayung et al.'s (2009) empathy questionnaires (parent form) and Goodman et al.'s (1997) altruism questionnaires (parent form). Due to the fact that the questionnaires of empathy, analysis by Ayung et al. (2009) and altruism by Goodman et al. (1997) are standard. Therefore, their validity has already been established and does not need to be proven again. In order to test the reliability of the questionnaires used in this research, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used, so that the Cronbach's alpha coefficient for empathy and altruism variables was calculated through SPSS statistical software and if If the obtained alpha value is more than 0.7, the questionnaires have good reliability. Table No. 1 shows Cronbach's alpha coefficient of both questionnaires. In this research, descriptive statistics of indicators such as frequency distribution table, mean, standard deviation, maximum difference, maximum and minimum, and inferential statistics from Yeoman-Whitney analysis method for empathy and altruism variables in SPSS software. used.Findings: The findings showed that in the experimental group, there was a significant difference between post-test scores in empathy and altruism variables, but there was no significant difference between pre-test-post-test scores in the control group. The findings showed that in the pre-test and before the story-telling sessions, the altruism component was almost the same in both experimental and control groups, then after the storytelling sessions in the experimental group, there were changes in the mean variable scores. We are altruistic that these changes do not exist in the control group, hence we come to the conclusion that storytelling has an effect on the empathy variable in the experimental group and the hypothesis is confirmed.Discussion: According to the obtained results, storytelling can promote the sense of empathy and altruism of children and also improve their performance in this field, which can be used in educational and clinical settings as He used an educational and at the same time fun method. According to the confirmation of research hypotheses, it can be concluded that group storytelling is effective on empathy and altruism of preschool girls in Kermanshah. Therefore, based on Bandura's socio-cognitive theory, storytelling can be considered as a suitable and effective tool for improving children's morale and behavior, which should be used in indirect education since childhood.

Background and Objectives: The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between the altmetrics metrics of the Altmetrics Explorer database and the citation indexes of the articles in the scientific productions of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz.
Methodology: This research is of an applied type, which was carried out with a scientometric approach and using altmetrics indicators. The research data extraction source for each of the data will be as follows: the altmetrics indices of the articles were extracted from the Altmetrics Explorer database through the metrics provided for the articles. The academic productions of the faculties were also separated based on the organizational affiliation of the authors, and the correlation of the tested indicators at the level of the faculties was also measured in order to determine the difference between the scientific fields. Research data search strategy: The scientific productions of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz were retrieved from the Scopus database with the following strategy and within the range of 2000 to 2020 and the type of research articles, reviews, letters to the editor and editorials.
AFFIL ("Shahid Chamran University" OR "University of Shahid Chamran" OR "Shahid Chamran University or Ahwaz" OR "Shahid Chamran University or Ahwaz" OR "Shahid Chamran of Ahwaz University" OR "Shahid Chamran of Ahwaz University" OR "Shahid Chamran Ahwaz University" OR "Shahid Chamran Ahwaz University" OR "Ahwaz Shahid Chamran University" OR "Ahwaz Shahid Chamran University") AND (LIMIT-TO (PUBYEAR, 2000-2020)) AND (LIMIT-TO (DOCTYPE , "ar" OR "re" OR "ed" OR "le")) AND (LIMIT-TO (PUBSTAGE, "final"))
In this database, the Altmetrics Attention Score is a measure of the amount of attention that a research output (such as an article) has attracted. The source of extracting this data includes the following:
Blogs, Dimensions Citation Data, Facebook, Faculty Opinions (formerly F1000), News and Mainstream Media, Mendeley, Patents, Policy Documents, Q&A Forums (Stack Exchange), Reddit, Twitter, Web of Science Citation Data, Wikipedia, YouTube, Syllabi (open syllabus)
In order to determine the relationship between these measures and reference indicators, correlation test was used. Statistical analyzes were performed in order to determine the correlation values and determine the influential component/components using SPSS software.
Findings: According to the results of the research in the entire scientific production of the university, there is a significant relationship between the total number of citations and the reference metrics of articles in policy sources, patents, Wikipedia, and Mendely, as well as citations in the Dimensions database (P-value<0.01). The relationship of FWCI index with Altmetrics total score and reference in news sources is significant with P-value<0.05 and with reference in Mendeley and citations in Dimentions database with P-value<0.01. Also, there is a significant relationship between the FWCI percentile with Mendelian reference scale and citations in Dimensions database with P-value<0.01.
Discussion: It is necessary for researchers to identify the path and methods of introducing articles in scientific databases and social networks (after the publication of the article or its publishable version) from these portals in order to increase the amount of use and, as a result, the citation of their articles. The expansion of social media and their importance in establishing scientific communication and disseminating research findings necessitates the need for new indicators in addition to traditional indicators for evaluating research. In the current study, out of 5501 retrieved articles, 735 articles were present in the Altmetrics Explorer database. In the entire scientific production of the university, there is a significant relationship between the total number of citations and the citation metrics of articles in policy sources, patents, Wikipedia, and Mendeley, as well as citations in the Dimensions database. The relationship between the FWCI index and the Altmetrics total score and mentions in news sources and mentions in Mendeley and citations in Dimensions database is significant. Also, there is a significant relationship between the FWCI percentile with Mendelian reference scale and citations in the Dimensions database. At the level of faculties, there was a relationship only in some indicators. Also, considering that some types of these networks, such as patents, are only applicable to some scientific fields, it is necessary to be identified by the research officials of universities and faculties, general social networks or specific scientific fields of the faculty. and to introduce articles in these databases and scientific networks. It is also necessary for researchers to identify the path and methods of introducing articles in scientific databases and social networks (after the publication of the article or its publishable version) from these portals in order to increase the amount of use and, as a result, citation of their articles. make it desirable

Background and Objectives: Today, the knowledge can be considered one of the key assets in the organizations due to its high importance. To address such importance, the concept of knowledge management was developed to manage the capital of organizational knowledge and its acquisition, maintenance, and republishing, as well as proposing various KM strategies. Like government and public organizations, the mission of institutions is based on the full participation and cooperation of volunteers. In addition, the management of their vast knowledge, which is regarded as implicit and scattered in the minds of volunteers, has certain complexities and serious differences with the same process in other organizations. The present study aims to prioritize knowledge management strategies in the above-mentioned situations by focusing on a set of institutions related to war-zone tourism in Iran. The war-zone tourism program in Iran, which focuses on visiting the monuments in the operational areas during the eight years of holy defense, is known as the "Rahian-e Noor" trips, which is held every year with the participation of various organizations throughout the country, along with integrated planning and coordination, and servicing various pilgrims by a large number of volunteers. The accumulated experience and tacit knowledge of the aforementioned factors, which are related to pilgrims and tourists, is among the key factors in the success of the Rahian-e Noor program, which is considered as a clear example of inclusive activities based on voluntary participation. The present study seeks to assess the known knowledge management strategies with the highest priority for such organizations.
Methodology: The present study is regarded as applied and descriptive in terms of objective, and quantitative in terms of data type. The population included 20 experts familiar with knowledge management and research environment, who were selected as the statistical sample. To select candidate strategies, the knowledge management framework was used and four main strategies including externalization, internalization, combination, and socialization were considered as applicable alternatives. The present study aims to prioritize and determine the most appropriate strategies in the studied conditions. To this aim, the Analytical Network Process (ANP) was utilized and the obstacle structure was determined. Thus, externalization, internalization, combination, and socialization strategies are regarded as alternatives for the obstacle and the issues related to the people, knowledge management processes, technology applied, and governance are considered as criteria for prioritizing the above-mentioned alternatives.
Findings: The network of relations between the criteria was drawn after structuring the obstacle. Then, the weight of criteria and sub-criteria were calculated using a pairwise comparison questionnaire. The values formed an initial supermatrix, which was weighted linearly, and the final weights were obtained from the partial shape of the aforementioned supermatrix. In the next step, decision options were ranked based on the data. Finally, the weight of the combination, internalization, externalization, and socialization strategy were 0.288, 0.224, 0.188, and 0.300. Based on the results, the proposed knowledge management strategies for the Rahian-e Noor are as follows, respectively:
Discussion: 1) Socialization: The collective nature of the caravans in the Rahian-e Noor emphasizes the social strategy of knowledge management because what is central to various programs of the Rahian-e Noor under the headings of "narration" recreates the pattern of turning tacit knowledge into tacit knowledge. The "narrator" is regarded as the axis in a large part of the knowledge, which is achieved by visitors from historical and surrounding events. 2) Combination: As the second priority, the Rahian-e Noor headquarters should record the knowledge acquired in various fields in the organizational information systems and utilize the capacity of virtual social networks to communicate with different classes of the audiences. 3) Internalization: Internalization can be observed when experienced managers or experts lecture. Once internalized, new knowledge is applied by those developed and reorganized it in their existing tacit knowledge base. As the third priority, the Rahian-e Noor headquarters should develop approaches which help internalize knowledge. 4) Externalization: The set of activities for recording experiences and documenting historical narratives and what is transformed from the words, thoughts, and ideas of experts into sound, text, image, and map realize the externalization strategy.

Objective: Identifying the entrepreneurial opportunity is the turning point of the activities that take place to turn an idea into capital. The present study aimed to provide a causal model for identifying entrepreneurial opportunities with respect to the role of media literacy and entrepreneurial awareness.Methodology: The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in nature and is of correlational type which has been done in a survey. The statistical population of this study is 780 students studying in Shiraz Girls' Technical and Vocational School, of which 300 people were selected as a statistical sample through simple random sampling. The data collection tool is a questionnaire consisting of subscales of philosophical media literacy (2014), narrow entrepreneurial awareness and Murphy (2012) and identification of entrepreneurial opportunities Pohaka (2010). For statistical analysis, Pearson correlation coefficients, path analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used in Amos and SPSS software. Results: The results show that the five dimensions of media literacy have a direct and significant positive effect on the dimensions of entrepreneurial awareness (scanning and searching, collaboration and communication and evaluation and judgment). Also, the dimensions of media literacy have a direct and significant effect on identifying entrepreneurial opportunities. In the meantime, the effect of critical dimension (0.65 **) is more than other dimensions. Media literacy has an indirect effect on identifying entrepreneurial opportunities through the dimensions of entrepreneurial awareness (scanning and searching, and collaboration and communication). This effect is more on the dimensions of critical view (0.83 **) and conscious choice (0.61 **) than other dimensions. Among the dimensions of entrepreneurial awareness, the dimension of scanning and search has the greatest impact on identifying entrepreneurial opportunities. Conclusion: The development of media literacy will increase the critical view and the spirit of cooperation of individuals. Media literacy provides the context for increasing the recognition of entrepreneurial opportunities. Entrepreneurial awareness reinforces this impact and creates the opportunity to gain more chance of identifying entrepreneurial opportunities by gaining useful and up-to-date information.

Introduction: The purpose of this study was to examine the role of cultural and social capitals on the study rate of public library users in Kermanshah.Methodology: The research was a correlational and structural equation modeling study. The research instrument was questionnaire. The statistical population of this study included included active members of the public libraries. Sampling method was Simple random. Using SPSS and LISREL software, the data were analyzed in two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics.Findings: The findings showed that cultural and social capitals and all of their variables had significant relationship with study rate of public library users in Kermanshah. In other words, the study of public library users can be predicted based on cultural and social capitals. Conclusion: The results of this study supported Bourdieu's theory. People with higher levels of cultural and social capitals, spend more time studying. So, considering the components of cultural and social capitals, it will increase the study rate. In this regard, Public libraries can have main roles as centers for the promotion of socio-cultural development. Holding meetings, workshops and conferences related to study, public libraries can contribute to that rolls in community. Keywords: cultural capital, social capital, study rate, Kermanshah public libraries.
