Abstract Rapidly changing and evolving information technology more human than other technologies.
That is why all the areas that directly or indirectly benefit from these technologies necessarily need to keep pace with changes in this area are.
LIS field is one of those areas that are closely related to information technologies. As if the optimal use of information technologies must necessarily be able to keep pace with the rapid changes in the field of policies to be adopted.
A literature review of studies and futures conventional methods and approaches were explored and a list of methods to fit the bill was discussed.
