Abstract
The main objective of this research is to investigate the dimensions, components, and indicators of the application of artificial intelligence in improving digital library services. This study was conducted with a qualitative approach and meta-synthesis method. The statistical population of the research includes all documents, theoretical foundations, and related background in internal databases during the years 1399 to 1404 and external sources between the years 2020 to 2025. Sampling was carried out with a purposive method and the sample size was determined using the Prism model and systematic elimination. The data collection tool included systematic record taking and review, and its validity was assessed with the 27-item checklist of the Prism model and reliability with Cohen's kappa coefficient. Data analysis was carried out using MaxQDA-2018 software and the content analysis technique. The research findings show that the application of artificial intelligence in improving digital library services has the dimension of search with intelligent components (4 indicators), analysis (4 indicators), consulting services (5 indicators); The content and resources dimension includes the components of content personalization (4 indicators), text processing (4 indicators), and resource management (4 indicators); the inclusion dimension includes the components of accessibility improvement (5 indicators), user interaction (3 indicators); and themanagement and maintenance dimension includes the components of data management (4 indicators), forecasting and analysis (4 indicators), and innovation management (4 indicators). These findings indicate the need to pay attention to the integration of these components in order to optimally benefit from the capabilities of artificial intelligence indigital libraries.
