Abstract Background and Objectives: One of the most important goals of scientometrics is the evaluation and analysis of scientific components. These evaluations are done for different purposes and one of the most important of them is to identify "top authors"; That is, those who are prominent in their field of science due to the quantity and quality of scientific and research activities. A review of the literature shows that the identification of top authors, which has been done with two approaches: quantitative (scientometric indicators) and qualitative (expert opinions) - and rarely combined - is growing towards a quantitative approach. However, some related works, while warning about purely quantitative evaluations, state that quantitative evaluations show an incomplete picture of scientific productivity, and that quality evaluation is necessary, and emphasize the importance of the role of experts. On the other hand, in the literature, the identification of top authors is based on the evaluation of scientific productivity, Currently, scientific productivity in the field of scientometrics is measured according to the level of publications and citations, although citation and publication categories cannot give a complete picture of scientific productivity - according to the economic definition of this concept (output to output ratio) - But these two categories are currently the most important issues in the relevant texts; Therefore, it seems that a comparison between quantitative and qualitative approaches to evaluating the scientific productivity of top authors can help a more comprehensive understanding of the evaluation of top authors.the most important goal of the present article is the designing of the top authors’ scientific productivity model so as to achieve a combined set of quantitative and qualitative indicators and items influencing the scientific productivity and take a step towards the improvement of the scientific productivity’s evaluation.
Methodology: The present study has been conducted based on a mixed (quantitative-qualitative) method; the qualitative section uses the ideas and notions of the experts in the scientific productivity domain and the quantitative section deals with the application of the statistical tests and scientometrics’ indicators. Two statistical populations have taken part in the present study: 12 domestic and foreign experts in the scientific productivity field; 235 highly cited authors from around the globe. The study data have been collected using checklist, questionnaires and Clarivate Analytics-Web of Science database. To analyze the data, SPSS 19 and LISREL 8 were used. The scientific productivity model has been verified based on the experts’ ideas in the population of the top authors using second order confirmatory factor analysis.
Findings: The present study’s findings indicate that the scientific productivity model based on the experts’ notions in population of the studied top authors features a favorable goodness of fit. Considering the factor loads in the confirmatory factor analysis, the “bibliometrics component” with a factor load of 1, the “individual component” with a factor load of 0.69 and the “organizational component” with a factor load of 0.63 in the population of highly cited authors are influential in the scientific productivity model. The summing of the ideas from the three studied sample volumes indicates that “the time dedicated to the scientific activities”, “the number of the authors’ received citations” and “the scientific prestige of the affiliate organization” are respectively the most important items in the individual, bibliometrics and organizational components influencing the scientific productivity of the top authors.
Discussion: The findings of the present study indicate that a collection of organizational, individual and bibliometric factors influence the scientific productivity of the top authors and the tri-component model features a favorable goodness of fit. Findings of the present study show that the bibliometric component on the one hand affects on scientific productivity and on the other hand, is the product of the interaction between individual and organizational components, and the final output of scientific productivity. The top authors in the present study are more cited than their colleagues and peers based on the highly cited indicator. Of course, according to relevant research, highly cited authors are probably highly published. Scientific success in the present age seems to require familiarity with the existing competitive culture of citation and publishing. According to the results obtained in the present study, it is thought that in the community of the top authors, they are familiar with the publishing and citation culture, collaborates with scholarly journals (as a reviewer or editorial board member), selects journals of high academic standing for publication, and recognizes the importance of communicating with world-renowned authors. The result shows that the role of the organizational component is less than the other two components; Emphasising on publishing more and receiving more citations can be both from organizational factors and from internal and individual motivations. Combination of the quantitative and qualitative items can offer a more thorough image of the status of the individuals’ scientific productivity; the items offered in this model can be employed as solution by the individuals and organizations for enhancing scientific productivity.

Abstract Background and Objectives: The research pursues several purposes, which are as follows: a) Investigating the topics that are discussed in the classifications and FANKHA also pays attention to them, but they are few in terms of the number of authorships; b) Examining topics that have been of interest in the classifications, but despite having authored examples, have been neglected in the FANKHA classification; c) Examining topics that have not been given much attention in the classifications, but have been introduced as a specific subject branch in FANKHA, while they do not have a large number of authors; d) Examining the commonalities and thematic differences of Muslim scholars' classifications with FANKHA subjects.
Methodology: In this article, which is a type of analytical-comparative studies and was carried out in a library method, it was tried to extract the opinions of five Muslim scientists in the classification of sciences in different historical decades by using sources and reviewing texts. Volumes 37 and 38 of FANKHA, which is the subject profile, and volume 45, which reports the state of authorship in Iran before the printing industry, are considered the source of the current research.
Findings: Referring to FANKHA's thematic profile, which introduces the manuscripts' topics in 40 main branches and 120 sub-branches along with the number of authors in each topic; And on the other hand, with regard to the table of the subject-authorship of manuscripts in the 15th century, a significant gap can be seen between the statistics of these two tables. Of course, it should be noted that a huge part of this gap is caused by the unknown status of works with unknown author and unknown date, so that the works that do not have a specific author or author date are not included in the subject table - compositions in the 15th century, but in the subject indexes of FANKHA have became. The topics selected for the manuscripts based on the topic profile are more closely related to the classifications under review. B) Based on the set of data provided by FANKHA in the form of 15 tables based on the subject of manuscripts in 15 centuries, it seems that a more scientific analysis would have been obtained if more attention was paid to the selection of subjects as well as the main and sub-branches of the subjects. This analysis was more consistent with both the subject profile provided by FANKHA and the classifications of the scientists examined in this research. For example, by reviewing the classifications of sciences, it seems that the subject of literary sciences is important, as it is visible in all classifications, and considering that the statistics of FANKHA in the field of literature also show a high figure (more than 15 thousand), It would be better to consider the branch of literary sciences independently in the table of the subject-compositions of manuscripts according to the century in FANKHA. In addition, as can be seen from the tables presented in the research, the medical issue is also among the independent and important issues that have been addressed in all classifications. However, in FANKHA, it is included as a sub-subject branch under the subject of natural sciences and is considered equal to sub-subjects such as zoology and astronomy. In addition, in terms of the number of publications, the data of the medical subject in the Qur'an table does not match with the subject profile of FANKHA related to the said subject. C) Contrary to the method mentioned in the introduction of FANKHA, the findings of the research showed that some sub-topics have a very small number of authorships, examples of which were mentioned in the text of the article. This calls for a focus on the topics dedicated to manuscripts in FANKHA, which requires more detailed, detailed and text-based investigations of manuscripts.
Discussion: By relying on the background of Muslim scientists' classifications of sciences and explaining the commonalities and thematic differences raised in them, it is possible to propose a framework for classification and designing a special classification for manuscripts. In general, due to the fact that there are commonalities in most subjects in the categories of science and FANKHA, it seems that FANKHA, with modifications and adjustments, can be a suitable basis and platform in the field of compiling a special subject heading for manuscripts and Iranian-Islamic sources. In addition, it should be mentioned that this classification can be more comprehensive when most of the Iranian-Islamic manuscripts are introduced collectively.

Abstract The present study aimed to investigate the mechanism by which empowering leadership influences organizational learning capability, with the mediating roles of knowledge management and employees' cognitive empowerment, in Farhangian University of Lorestan Province. This research employed a quantitative approach using a descriptive-correlational method based on structural equation modeling (SEM). The statistical population included all staff members of Farhangian University in Lorestan during the academic year 2023–2024 (N = 319), from which a sample of 174 individuals was selected using proportional stratified random sampling. Data were collected using the Empowering Leadership Questionnaire (Ahearne, Mathieu, & Rapp, 2005), Organizational Learning (Chiva et al., 2007), Knowledge Management (Hemati, 2010), and Psychological Empowerment (Spreitzer, 1995). Content validity was assessed qualitatively, and internal consistency reliability was confirmed through Cronbach's alpha coefficients. To examine the conceptual model and test the hypotheses, partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was applied using SmartPLS 3 software. This method is well-suited for analyzing complex relationships among variables and non-normally distributed data. The findings revealed that empowering leadership has a direct effect on organizational learning, knowledge management, and cognitive empowerment. Furthermore, both knowledge management and cognitive empowerment directly affect organizational learning. However, the mediating roles of knowledge management and cognitive empowerment in the relationship between empowering leadership and organizational learning were not statistically significant. Based on these findings, it is recommended that academic institutions emphasize the importance of empowering leadership and implement programs to enhance knowledge management and organizational learning among staff.
