Aim: The Aim of this study is to analyze the behavior of search and retrieve information by multilingual users in the web environment. Other research objectives are as follows. Methodology: This study is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of method it is a combination study. In the present study, the quantitative part of the research is semi-empirical and in the qualitative part, qualitative content analysis was used to analyze the interviews. In the present study, the researcher first performed three tasks and asked users to search for information in the WorldWideScience search engine and to provide search results. All user behaviors were recorded and evaluated using the software during testing. The study population consisted of Ph.D. students in six fields of sciences (humanities, basic sciences, medical sciences, agricultural sciences, engineering, and arts). In this study, 35 Ph.D. students in six sciences using the web were searched as a sample. The study sample was then divided into two groups: a bilingual user group that is fluent in English and Farsi and the second group of multilingual users fluent in three or more languages. Finally, an analysis was performed on the search and retrieval behavior of users. Then a comparison was made between the information behavior of bilingual users and multilingual users. Results: Qualitative analysis of the nature of information retrieval behavior by multilingual individuals consists of 5 dimensions (defining tasks, formulating retrieval strategies, using translation tools, facing retrieval challenges, and managing (retrieving) retrieval challenges) as well as components.

The main purpose of this study is to analyze the strategic role of the public libraries in the Iran Geopolitics of Information This is an applied research with a mixed method (qualitative-quantitative) approach. To collect qualitative information, a semi-structured interview has been used. In the quantitative part, a researcher-made questionnaire Based on the result of the qualitative part, has been used. The statistical population of the research in the qualitative section includes 13 experts and university professors who were selected by a purposeful method based on criteria and has been analyzed using qualitative content analysis method. The findings of quantitative part has been analyzed using factor analysis. The population of the quantitative part, included the head managers and deputies of the general administrations of the Iran's public libraries (70 people) and the librarians of the provinces that have main and central public libraries from five clusters of north, south, east, west and center of Iran, including 10 provinces & 160 librarians. 201 complete questionnaires were received. Findings shows that, libraries have an implicitly role in strengthening cultural identity and increasing public awareness, especially in terms of strengthening Iranian-Islamic identity, as one of the three main components of geopolitics, but this role is not designed for a specific mission and It is also not clearly explained in upstream documents. Also, based on the findings, the centralized resources acquisition by the Iran Public Libraries Foundation for all public libraries in an integrated manner that there is not any clear role of users need in the selection process is inconsistent with the Free-Flow of Information approach. Other points of emphasis in the findings were: national policymakers should pay attention to the role of public libraries as a public discourse space in transmitting culture and information and a base for strengthening the power of soft defense, training and explaining the specific role for librarians, developing technological infrastructure of libraries, providing resources based on local needs and the audience needs, continuous and purposeful monitoring of activities and increasing the number of service recipients from public libraries.

Background and Objectives: Today, information retrieval has been considered by researchers in various fields as an aspect of information behavior. Research suggests that informational behavior is formed in the social, psychological, and environmental contexts. There seems to be a find a link between psychological factors and the field of behavioral information. One of the psychological factors that can make this connection possible is the issue of mindfulness. Therefore, the purpose of the present study is to analyze the relationship between mindfulness and the information-seeking behavior of graduate students of Kermanshah universities.Methodology: The present study is applied in terms of purpose and survey-descriptive in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of the study included graduate students of Razi University, Medical Sciences and Islamic Azad University, Kermanshah Branch. Sample size was obtained by stratified random sampling. The selection of the statistical population was purposeful. Data collection tools were performed using two questionnaires, including a 39-item short version Baer et al (2006) of the mindfulness scale. Furthermore, using the researcher-made questionnaire with 20 questions in the form of six subscales information-seeking behavior was measured. Data analysis was performed using Pearson test and multiple regression using SPSS software version 23.Finding: The Pearson correlation coefficient indicated that there was a significant relationship between the subscale of mindfulness including five subscales of observation, description, and operation with alertness, imprecision, and non-communicability as independent variables with information-seeking behavior. Regression results showed that the subscale of observation, description, and observation, action with alertness, irrationality, and non-communicability could significantly explain the variance of information-seeking behavior. Conclusion: Since information behavior originates in the minds of individuals the findings of the study indicate the effect of mindfulness variables on information behavior. The findings of this research from a theoretical and practical point of view can lead to a clearer explanation of the mindset of information behavior and provide a deeper understanding of psychological processing.

Purpose: The scientific activity of researchers in the Agricultural Research, Education and Extension Organization (AREEO) was subjected to study by altmetrics in scientific social network, ResearchGate.
Methodology/Approach: This survey was applied in terms of purpose and scientometric methodology with altmetric approach. Relevant data were obtained from the AREEO's scientometric database 2010-2020, as well as the altmetric data from 852 researchers' members of the ResearchGate scientific social network as the holder of the most numerous members and audiences among the scientific social networks in research institutes, national research centers and provincial research centers of the organization. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were used for statistical analysis. Descriptive statistics included the frequency and mean of each of the indicators measured in the ResearchGate network. Inferential statistics (Spearman correlation tests, Kruskal-Wallis and Mann-Whitney tests) were also used to measure the relationships and the presence or absence of differences between the studied variables.
Findings: The results showed that nearly one quarter of the researchers of the population were members of the ResearchGate network. Altmetric data showed that there was a direct relationship between the level of activity in ResearchGate and the academic rank of faculty members; with the increase of academic rank in faculty members, the amount of their scientific activity had also increased. The correlation between R. G. score respectively with citations (0.862), observations (0.813) and writings (0.799) was the strongest among its other indicators, but the weakest with questions (0.124) and answers (0.280).
Conclusion: The participation of the researchers in scientific social networks as a complementary research tool is an informal and non-mandatory scientific professional activity that can be inferred as a sign of potential capacity and desire for more activity to increase the visibility of their works, citations and scientific cooperation. This will increase their scientific activity and access to up-to-date knowledge, and consequently will increase the productivity. Therefore, informing and creating mechanisms by the managers of the bodies are recommended in this field to encourage the researchers to increase the quantity and quality of their scientific outputs.

Purpose: This study sought to answer these questions that How is the experience of Flow among Razi University students in studding as well as in cyberspace.
Methodology: The present study was a type of applied research that was conducted using survey method. The research data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire. The questionnaire was based on the Csikszentmihalyi Flow theory for work and learning environments, and by making changes to it, a 36-question questionnaire was developed based on the Likert five-step spectrum. Out of a total of 36 questions, 12 questions were assigned to assess the Flow experience in each of the components (course based study, non-course based study and cyberspace use). To assess the validity of the questionnaire, the opinions of several professors and PhD students in information science were used. Data reliability of the data collection instrument was also calculated using Cronbach's alpha, and the 0.87 alpha coefficient indicated the appropriate reliability of the questionnaire. Using random sampling method, 375 questionnaires were distributed among Razi University students, of which 322 questionnaires were completed, returned and analyzed. Data analysis was performed using version 25 of SPSS software.
Findings: The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was between 1.96 and 1.96, and based on this, it can be argued that the distribution of the cumulative frequency observed was the same as the expected cumulative frequency distribution and the distribution of the studied adjective to the normal distribution. Therefore, it was possible to use parametric tests for research. The results of the variable t-test showed that the Flow experience among Razi University students in cyberspace is significantly greater than when they study - whether they are studying or not.
Conclusion: Low Flow experience while studying can be due to poor reading skills and reading habits, which are common even among students. . Other reasons for not experiencing Flow while studying include the possible imbalance between skill and challenge, which can sometimes make the activity sometimes anxious, sometimes boring, meaning that if the challenge is more than skill, the person will be anxious. And if it is less than skilled, he will get bored.

Background and Objectives: Emotional Intelligence (EQ) has a significant effect on human behavior. It justifies the lack of success among people with high Intelligence Quotient (IQ) and unexpected success among people with an average IQ. The purpose of the present research was to study the relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational commitment with the mediating role of job satisfaction among librarians of public libraries in East Azarbaijan province.
Methodology: The present research is practical in its purpose and utilizes a quantitative approach in a descriptive-correlational method based on structural equation modeling. The study's statistical population consisted of all librarians (421 people) at public libraries in the East Azarbaijan province in 2020. With regard to statistical society and based on Morgan’s size determination table, the sample size was determined (201 persons). Data were gathered with the help of questionnaires of Siberia Schering's emotional intelligence (1998), Smith, Kendall and Hollin's job satisfaction (1969) and Allen & Meyer’s organizational commitment (1990). Reliability of three questionnaires was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient to be 0.81, 0.79 and 0.83, respectively.
Findings: The results indicate that there is a positive and significant correlation between EQ and organizational commitment (r=0.317) and EQ and job satisfaction (r=0.348) among the librarians of public libraries. Moreover, there is a significant link between EQ and organizational commitment (β=0.29, t=5/42) in librarians. Furthermore, there is a significant relationship between EQ with job satisfaction (β=0.33, t=5.80) and job satisfaction with organizational commitment (β=0.38, t=7.07). Also, the results of structural equation modeling test showed that the proposed conceptual model regarding the relationship between EQ, job satisfaction and organizational commitment of librarians has a goodness of fit (RMSEA=0.001، CFI=932، GFI=0.938).
Discussion: In today’s world, the importance of human resources for growth, development and survival of organizations cannot be overemphasized. Qualified human resources are one of the most important requirements for realizing organizational goals. Appropriate levels of emotional intelligence among employees would result in paying proper attention to clients, lowering expenses, improving relations, reducing conflicts, and refining the teamwork performance.

Understanding the thoughts of writers, elites and thinkers is one of the most important human concerns. Perhaps one of the best ways to understand a person's thoughts and ideas is to use qualitative approaches and in-depth interviews with the person. It can be said that what we write has a conceptual relationship with what we read and cite. Therefore, just as we can understand the text by analyzing the documents, by examining and analyzing the sources used in a person's works, we can possibly know his knowledge, whether written or obvious, or what remains in the back of the thinker's mind. Understanding and not being able to achieve objectivity can be understood and understood. It is possible to comprehensively analyze the citations used in a person's writings and to consider the assumption of the connection between the document and the text, to the ideas proposed by The person realized. The use of citation analysis to study conceptual relationships between document and text is not new, but so far no research has been done using this method with the aim of recognizing and discovering the system of knowledge and the thought of the author of the text. Using this new research approach, in addition to examining the views and ideas of prominent people in a specialized field, can serve the study of the history of science.
Conclusion
The use of citation analysis method to study the conceptual relationships between the document and the text is unprecedented, but so far no research has been done using this method to identify and discover the knowledge system and the sphere of thought of the author. Using this new research approach, in addition to examining the opinions and ideas of prominent people in a specialized field, can be used to study the history of science.

Methodology: This research is a qualitative study based on the foundational data theory method. The statistical population under study includes 25 knowledgeable people, including senior managers, assistants, experts and employees in the field of organization Wisdom and knowledge management point of view in the Agricultural Jihad Department of Lorestan province. The data collection tool is a deep and semi-structured interview, which was conducted with semi-structured interviews with the members of the mentioned community in order to answer the research questions.
Findings: Data analysis with a systematic approach is the foundation of data theory. In this research, in order to analyze the obtained data, a semi-structured interview method with a three-step process of open coding, central coding and selective coding was used. According to this approach, in the open coding stage, the expressions extracted from the interviews, which are specific to the area of the Agricultural Jihad Department of Lorestan province, are summarized in 119 main codes and 19 categories. Validation of the research was done using four criteria of credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. This research presents a model that classifies the effective factors, barriers and intervening factors, and the consequences of creating organizational wisdom, taking into account knowledge management, into five core categories.
Conclusion: Identifying these factors and obstacles helps the organization to make decisions regarding the creation of wisdom, so that while recognizing these factors and limitations, it takes steps in the direction of creating wisdom. Organizational wisdom is also an important factor that affects the self-awareness and control of the emotions of the members of the organization. The presented paradigmatic model shows the factors and barriers facing wisdom creation, the content, intervention and outcome factors, taking into account knowledge management, in relation to each other in the organization, which can be studied to examine the existing situation.

Objective: In this research, the factors affecting the number of citations to the articles indexed in the Clarivate Analytics have been identified from the perspective of Library and Information Science specialists.
Method: The method of the present study is Delphi. By conducting a content analysis of the texts, the components affecting the number of citations have been extracted and a questionnaire has been designed based on these components. The research community is composed of Library and Information Science specialists.
Findings: The findings from the Delphi method led to the identification of 70 proposed sub-components under the five main components including the characteristics of the subject area, journal, article, authors and keywords.
Conclusion: The results of this study show that researchers, when deciding to cite articles, pay more attention to the following factors: publisher credibility, scope of fields and disciplines, credibility of the institution or university, credibility of journal publication dimensions, journal impact factor, the international publication of the journal and its Q index, article accessibility, type of access, authors reputation, presence in scientific social networks, having an online resume such as ORCID, article topic relevance, topic popularity, and number of keywords.
Finally, the following factors are among the features that, according to the Library & Information Science faculty members, are not related to receiving citations of articles, and for this reason, they were removed in the first stage of Delphi: the length of the article, the length of the abstract, the name of countries in the title, the presence of time in the title, the type of titles, the use of figures and appendixes in the articles, the sample size of the article, the length of the article title, the presence of the name of a place in the title, articles with more notes, articles with punctuation marks in the title, the presence of acronyms and abbreviations, providing detailed contact information of authors, the number of authors, and the number of self-citations of authors.
Keywords: citation, received citation, citation rate, factors affecting number of citations, Clarivate Analytics, Library and Information Science.

Purpose: The purpose of the current study was to investigate the Copyright literacy of public librarians in Kermanshah province, Iran.
Research method: The current study is a descriptive-survey. The statistical population of this research is all librarians of Public Library in Kermanshah (N=170). Based on Cochran formula, 118 individuals were selected as sample. The sampling method used in this study was stratified random sampling. Four standard questionnaires to assess librarians' copyright literacy developed by Todorova et al. (2017) were used for data collection. Then to analyze the data and answer the research questions from descriptive indices (frequency distribution table, mean and standard deviation), chi-square test, one-sample t-test and independent sample t-test and one-way analysis of variance test in SPSS software was used.
Findings: The results of data analysis demonstrated that the level of familiarity of librarians with copyright issues in Kermanshah province is low. Moreover, the results showed that Kermanshah Public Librarians' awareness of copyright policies and procedures of the country and its libraries is at a low level. In their view, there is no one in their organization responsible for dealing with copyright issues. The results also indicated that the overwhelming majority of librarians in Kermanshah province agree with the inclusion of copyright issues in academic curricula and its teaching, especially at undergraduate level. Finally, results showed that there is no significant difference between librarians' familiarity with copyright issues in gender, fields of study (librarianship and non-librarianship) and level of education.
Conclusion: According to the results of this study, it can be said that the absence of issues related to copyright and its rules in the curriculum of the students of librarianship and information science in the universities are extremely bold. Moreover, it seems that public libraries did not perform well on teaching copyright issues to their staff, especially librarians, as they could teach these workshops and courses. The managers of public libraries in Kermanshah province should have better planning for their organization's librarians. It is recommended that, in hiring librarians, library managers and policy makers should also be aware of the amount of copyright literacy of applicants.

Objective: Researchers mostly benefit from each other's ideas, thoughts and speeches through writings. The purpose is to review, analyze and critique the sources of written Recorded knowledge history to help research in this field.
Methodology: This research is a qualitative research that uses library method and critical analysis.
Findings: In most countries of the world, and especially in the West, historical issues about Recorded knowledge such as the history or history of information and the history of books and libraries have been considered by researchers. Previously, the history of codified knowledge has been considered by researchers as the history of books and libraries, while the history of books is only a part of the history of codified knowledge and the history of libraries can be considered as a separate organization from the history of books. To be placed. Historical texts About Recorded knowledge include several topics: writing and books, publications, translation, information, information technology, publishing and historiography. The texts of the history of writing and books are older. Then translation, publications, printing and publishing have been considered. Information, information technology and historiography have recently come to the attention. Attention to technology in visible texts and the emergence of types and forms of Recorded knowledge and its evolution is remarkable.
Conclusion: The Recorded knowledge history with various letters and topics has been considered. These texts place more emphasis on production and the production process and do not deal with the use of Recorded knowledge and its study and its individual and social effects on society over time. Some forms and types of Recorded knowledge have been neglected, most texts have been compiled in the West and are about the West, and Eastern civilization, especially Iranian and Islamic, has been less researched. The need for historical research is especially evident in important issues that have been neglected so far.

This study tries to uncover the historical roots and influential publications in Machine Translation (MT) via a bibliometric analysis technique called RPYS. Preliminary data of study has been extracted from Web of Science concerning papers related to the MT from 1900 to 2021. Results exposed that the supreme enterprise of MT was initiated by Shannon in 1948; the one who illuminated the notion of entropy in information technology. After that, Weaver contributed to the appearance of statistical word by word MT in 1949. Moreover, it was Levenshtein(1966) who introduced the revolutionary notion of binary codes capable of correcting deletions, insertions, and reversals in MT. In addition, Dempster et al. (1977) presented a novel statistical EM algorithm concerning maximum likelihood from incomplete data. Later, the works of scholars Brown et al. (1993), Hochreiter (1997), Papineni et al. (2002), and Koehn et al. (2007) have been instrumental in shaping and developing MT.In overall, MT has been developed tremendously during the recent years. More precisely, it seems to be fair to say that it was the language of mathematics (0&1), as well as statistics (optimal estimation) that could feed any linguistic information into machines and computers to be processed naturally. Furthermore, it should be noted that the first attempts for MT began with introducing the way of feeding linguistic information into machine-compatible language by the help of mathematical coding systems. As it has been fulfilled, researchers intended to present a model based on statistical procedures in which word by word translation could be directed more accurately and precisely. Slowly but surely, the idea of word by word translation was developed into phrase-based and syntax-based translation. Meanwhile, there were lots of attempts towards the logicality, as well as the reasonability of automated translations. In view of that, researchers tried to improve the quality of translations by incorporating the context role in achieving a well-matched MT from source to the target language, especially in retrieving the semantic and pragmatic information of elliptic sentences .

Objectives: The present study investigates the establishment of public libraries in Saveh city based on location criteria and subcriteria and suggests optimal areas for the construction of a new public library with the help of a geographic information system Geographic information systems (GIS) are up-to-date and efficient tools for preparing maps and analyzing location data
Methodology: The research in this study employs meta-analysis for the valuation and weighting of criteria and subcriteria regarding a library's location. Forty studies on location were selected, and the criteria and subcriteria regarding library location were addressed. Based on the results obtained, four main criteria with the highest repetition rate in the studies were selected for analysis: compatibility, ease of access (convenience), desirability and efficiency. Using the scores given to each criterion in the research, together with a hierarchical weighting model (AHP), each of the main criteria was scored employing Expert Choice software.
Findings: From the pairwise comparison of the four criteria, the ease of access criterion has the most importance and weight among the main criteria with a weight of 0.358, followed by the compatibility criterion (weight 0.270), the efficiency criterion (weight 0.247) and the desirability criterion (weight 0.125), respectively. Access to population centers is the most important among the subcriteria of ease of access with a weight of 0.546.
Discussion: According to the results obtained for the city of Saveh, Hasheminejad Library is in an incompatible area, while the rest of the libraries are located in either relatively compatible or fully compatible areas. The locations of the existing libraries were then assessed regarding the ease of access criterion; the compliance status of each library was obtained, and proposed areas for the construction of new libraries in each area of the city were identified. At present, the libraries of Shahid Hasheminejad, Salman Savoji and Hazrat Valiasr (AS) of Saveh are located close to each other, while many parts of Saveh do not have libraries, especially Alavi town (Mehr housing), which does not have any libraries at all.

Objective: This study's primary objective was to employ canonical analysis to examine the relationship between behavioral, normative, and control beliefs and their influence on the propensity to share knowledge with attitudes, subjective norms, behavioral intentions, and perceived behavioral control among middle school teachers in the city of Karaj.
Methodology: This study adopted a descriptive correlational design. The statistical population for this research comprised all secondary school teachers in the city of Karaj. To this end, a sample of 350 individuals was randomly selected from this population using a simple random sampling technique. The Knowledge Sharing Questionnaire developed by Chennamaneni and Raja (2012) and the Reasoned Action Questionnaire by Fishbein and Ajzen (2002) were used to evaluate the variables. Canonical correlation analysis served as the primary statistical technique for the data analysis.
Findings: Following the collection of research data and subsequent analysis using canonical correlation analysis, a significant linear relationship, with a 5% significance level, was observed between all variables examined. supported the research hypothesis by demonstrating the predictability and significance of the relationship between behavioral, normative, and control beliefs and the propensity to share knowledge with attitudes, subjective norms, behavioral intentions, and perceived behavioral control. In this analysis, the effect size of the two canonical functions was 0.539, representing the shared variance between the two sets of variables the model could explain. an effect size of 0.539, the obtained model suggested the existence of a common source of variance that explains the overlap between the two variable sets.
Discussion and Conclusion: This study found a significant canonical correlation and a substantial overlap (53%) between behavioral, normative, and control beliefs and the propensity to share knowledge with attitudes, subjective norms, behavioral intentions, and perceived behavioral control. These findings indicated that attitudes, subjective norms, behavioral intentions, and perceived behavioral control could be predicted and have a significant relationship based on behavioral, normative, and control beliefs and the propensity to share knowledge. Specifically, In the first canonical function, all four predictor variables (behavioral, normative, and control beliefs, as well as the propensity to share knowledge) were identified as significant contributors to the relationship.

Abstract: Recent researches showed the inaccurate citations' situation in Iran. Researchers' unawareness of reference management software (citation management software, or bibliographic management software) was one of the main reasons for this situation. However, the current software does not have proper support for the Persian language; one reason is the lack of necessary requirements for software implementation and development. A similar problem can also be seen in the bilingual citations to articles on many scientific Iranian journal websites. The purpose of this study is to investigate the problems of localization of reference management software in Persian and to provide operational solutions. Methods: The research method was narrative review and included reviewing several international and domestic citation management software and investigation of their requirements to support other languages. Ability for right to left typesetting of references, using synonyms of specific words, having Persian and English references at the same time, and the precedence of Persian references when sorting the references are among the requirements that a citation management software must have to support Persian. Results: In order to adapt the conventional international citation programs for use in Persian, new information fields -including language, langid, origlanguage and doclanguage - that are compatible with modern software should be considered. Some other challenges such as Persian labels, transliteration, romanization and bilingual citation reports for Persian articles are also investigated which are mentioned in the text of the article. Also, according to the proposed fields, it is recommended to export bilingual bibliographic information in scientific websites separately for each language. Conclusion: Without agreement and development of the necessary requirements, it is not possible to program and use Persian citation styles in a universal way. These requirements can be pursued and enacted nationally and internationally to be included in reference management software, journal websites, and scientific databases.

Objective
IT's rapid progress and far-reaching impact on other scientific disciplines have not only necessitated significant changes in its own subjects but have also catalyzed extensive changes in the form, amount, and methodology of research in other fields. The objective of the present investigation was to analyze research conducted in the realm of information technology, extract its central themes, and furnish scientometric data pertaining to these themes.
Methodology
This paper explores the topics of the information technology field by extracting and categorizing the relationships between commonly used terms and their temporal evolution. To achieve this, the researchers employed topic modeling, a well-established method for clustering textual data. Topic modeling algorithms utilize statistical methods to analyze and interpret the primary words in documents, allowing for the examination of the presented issues and their interconnections and changes over time. Considering the rapid changes in the field of information technology, this paper drew upon materials spanning the last decade, including 10,000 papers sourced from top-tier journals featured in the Web of Science database.
Results
The study extracted trends in keyword changes over the past decade and identified important keywords for each paper cluster after grouping them. The papers within the information technology domain were then categorized into eight themes, including hardware, communications, networks, and intelligent applications such as the Internet of Things. The study found that frequently used keywords have been continuously changing over time. The paper highlights that emerging keywords, including the Internet of Things, cloud computing, and Big Data, along with work areas such as Machine Learning and Deep Learning, are shaping the definition of information technology fields in the new era.
Discussion
Given the shift in research emphasis from hardware and communication to analysis and practical applications, it is likely that future scientific fields will focus on creating value through data analysis and human-machine communication in everyday applications, and information technology's relevance in other sciences will become more apparent. Future research can also concentrate on comparing global trends in information technology with domestic research, enabling the evaluation of the gap between the country's research and that of the world.
