Abstract Background and Objectives: The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of group reading of stories on increasing empathy and altruism of preschool children with a positive approach. The hypotheses of the current research were:
Group storytelling has an effect on strengthening the empathy spirit of preschool girls in Kermanshah.
Group storytelling is effective in strengthening the spirit of altruism of preschool girls in Kermanshah.
Methodology: To conduct this research, a quasi-experimental method was used with the subject and control group. The statistical population consisted of all the girls who attended preschool in Kermanshah in the academic year 98-99. The investigated sample was of the available type, which included 20 children who were randomly divided into two groups of 10 people, test and control. The data collection tool was Ayung et al.'s (2009) empathy questionnaires (parent form) and Goodman et al.'s (1997) altruism questionnaires (parent form). Due to the fact that the questionnaires of empathy, analysis by Ayung et al. (2009) and altruism by Goodman et al. (1997) are standard. Therefore, their validity has already been established and does not need to be proven again. In order to test the reliability of the questionnaires used in this research, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used, so that the Cronbach's alpha coefficient for empathy and altruism variables was calculated through SPSS statistical software and if If the obtained alpha value is more than 0.7, the questionnaires have good reliability. Table No. 1 shows Cronbach's alpha coefficient of both questionnaires. In this research, descriptive statistics of indicators such as frequency distribution table, mean, standard deviation, maximum difference, maximum and minimum, and inferential statistics from Yeoman-Whitney analysis method for empathy and altruism variables in SPSS software. used.
Findings: The findings showed that in the experimental group, there was a significant difference between post-test scores in empathy and altruism variables, but there was no significant difference between pre-test-post-test scores in the control group. The findings showed that in the pre-test and before the story-telling sessions, the altruism component was almost the same in both experimental and control groups, then after the storytelling sessions in the experimental group, there were changes in the mean variable scores. We are altruistic that these changes do not exist in the control group, hence we come to the conclusion that storytelling has an effect on the empathy variable in the experimental group and the hypothesis is confirmed.
Discussion: According to the obtained results, storytelling can promote the sense of empathy and altruism of children and also improve their performance in this field, which can be used in educational and clinical settings as He used an educational and at the same time fun method. According to the confirmation of research hypotheses, it can be concluded that group storytelling is effective on empathy and altruism of preschool girls in Kermanshah. Therefore, based on Bandura's socio-cognitive theory, storytelling can be considered as a suitable and effective tool for improving children's morale and behavior, which should be used in indirect education since childhood.

Abstract Background and Objectives: Today, the knowledge can be considered one of the key assets in the organizations due to its high importance. To address such importance, the concept of knowledge management was developed to manage the capital of organizational knowledge and its acquisition, maintenance, and republishing, as well as proposing various KM strategies. Like government and public organizations, the mission of institutions is based on the full participation and cooperation of volunteers. In addition, the management of their vast knowledge, which is regarded as implicit and scattered in the minds of volunteers, has certain complexities and serious differences with the same process in other organizations. The present study aims to prioritize knowledge management strategies in the above-mentioned situations by focusing on a set of institutions related to war-zone tourism in Iran. The war-zone tourism program in Iran, which focuses on visiting the monuments in the operational areas during the eight years of holy defense, is known as the "Rahian-e Noor" trips, which is held every year with the participation of various organizations throughout the country, along with integrated planning and coordination, and servicing various pilgrims by a large number of volunteers. The accumulated experience and tacit knowledge of the aforementioned factors, which are related to pilgrims and tourists, is among the key factors in the success of the Rahian-e Noor program, which is considered as a clear example of inclusive activities based on voluntary participation. The present study seeks to assess the known knowledge management strategies with the highest priority for such organizations. Methodology: The present study is regarded as applied and descriptive in terms of objective, and quantitative in terms of data type. The population included 20 experts familiar with knowledge management and research environment, who were selected as the statistical sample. To select candidate strategies, the knowledge management framework was used and four main strategies including externalization, internalization, combination, and socialization were considered as applicable alternatives. The present study aims to prioritize and determine the most appropriate strategies in the studied conditions. To this aim, the Analytical Network Process (ANP) was utilized and the obstacle structure was determined. Thus, externalization, internalization, combination, and socialization strategies are regarded as alternatives for the obstacle and the issues related to the people, knowledge management processes, technology applied, and governance are considered as criteria for prioritizing the above-mentioned alternatives. Findings: The network of relations between the criteria was drawn after structuring the obstacle. Then, the weight of criteria and sub-criteria were calculated using a pairwise comparison questionnaire. The values formed an initial supermatrix, which was weighted linearly, and the final weights were obtained from the partial shape of the aforementioned supermatrix. In the next step, decision options were ranked based on the data. Finally, the weight of the combination, internalization, externalization, and socialization strategy were 0.288, 0.224, 0.188, and 0.300. Based on the results, the proposed knowledge management strategies for the Rahian-e Noor are as follows, respectively: Discussion: 1) Socialization: The collective nature of the caravans in the Rahian-e Noor emphasizes the social strategy of knowledge management because what is central to various programs of the Rahian-e Noor under the headings of "narration" recreates the pattern of turning tacit knowledge into tacit knowledge. The "narrator" is regarded as the axis in a large part of the knowledge, which is achieved by visitors from historical and surrounding events. 2) Combination: As the second priority, the Rahian-e Noor headquarters should record the knowledge acquired in various fields in the organizational information systems and utilize the capacity of virtual social networks to communicate with different classes of the audiences. 3) Internalization: Internalization can be observed when experienced managers or experts lecture. Once internalized, new knowledge is applied by those developed and reorganized it in their existing tacit knowledge base. As the third priority, the Rahian-e Noor headquarters should develop approaches which help internalize knowledge. 4) Externalization: The set of activities for recording experiences and documenting historical narratives and what is transformed from the words, thoughts, and ideas of experts into sound, text, image, and map realize the externalization strategy.

Abstract Background and Objectives: Under the influence of the knowledge-based economy, entrepreneurship has become very important as the ability to identify and choose suitable opportunities to create new business and further economic prosperity. Identifying entrepreneurial opportunity is the turning point of the activities that take place to turn an idea into capital. Many researchers have introduced identifying entrepreneurial opportunities as an important element in the entrepreneurial process. Most experts consider an entrepreneur as someone who identifies, evaluates and exploits an opportunity. Given the role of identifying entrepreneurial opportunity in the transformation of knowledge into capital in the current information-based economy, it is necessary to conduct studies on the variables influencing the identification of entrepreneurial opportunity and to advance the process of commercialization of current knowledge in science production centers such as universities. Hence, the present study aims to provide a causal model of the relationship between media literacy, entrepreneurial alertness and identifying entrepreneurial opportunities in Payam-e Noor University to examine the direct and indirect effects of media literacy components on entrepreneurial opportunities considering the mediating role of the components of entrepreneurial alertness. Methodology: The present study is an applied research in terms of aim and descriptive in terms of data collection method. It uses the path analysis method to examine the effects of media literacy (exogenous variable) on identifying entrepreneurial opportunities (dependent variable) among students studying at the technical and vocational girl school of Shiraz. For this purpose, among 780 students studying in the second semester of 2022, 258 people were selected as a sample with the help of Cochran's table. But due to the possibility of non-cooperation of some students, 300 questionnaires were distributed. The data collection tool is a questionnaire, which included the media literacy subscale of Adlipour, Ghasemi, Mir Mohammadpour (2013), identifying entrepreneurial opportunities subscale of Pohakka (2010) and entrepreneurial alertness subscale of Tang and Murphy (2012). The endogenous variable in this study is media literacy (including dimensions of understanding and content of media, the hidden goals of media, conscious choice of the media, critical view of media and media analysis). The endogenous variable of the study is entrepreneurial alertness (including the dimensions of scan and search, cooperation and communication, and evaluation and judgment). Identifying entrepreneurial opportunities is also a dependent variable of this study. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics indices (mean, standard deviation, skewness and kurtosis) and inferential statistics indices (Pearson correlation coefficients, path analysis and confirmatory factor analysis) were used. Amos and SPS software was used to perform statistical tests. Findings: The results revealed that the effect of understanding media content on identifying entrepreneurial opportunities through entrepreneurial alertness is 0.19**, which is significant at the 0.01 level according to (t = 3.16). Thus, understanding the content of the media through entrepreneurial alertness has an effect on the identifying entrepreneurial opportunity. The effect of hidden goals of the media on identifying entrepreneurial opportunities through entrepreneurial alertness is 0.21*, which is significant according to (t = 2.21). Thus, the dimension of hidden goals of the media has an effect on identifying entrepreneurial opportunities through entrepreneurial alertness. The effect of conscious choice of media on identifying entrepreneurial opportunities through entrepreneurial alertness is 0.61 **, which is significant at the level of 0.01 according to (t = 2.34). Therefore, the dimension of conscious choice of media through entrepreneurial alertness has an effect on identifying entrepreneurial opportunities. The effect of the critical view of the media on identifying entrepreneurial opportunities through entrepreneurial alertness is 0.83**, which is significant at the level of 0.01 according to (t = 3.14). Hence, the critical view of media has an effect on identifying entrepreneurial opportunities through entrepreneurial alertness. The effect of media analysis dimension on identifying entrepreneurial opportunities through entrepreneurial alertness is 0.34*, which is significant at the level of 0.05 according to (t = 2.92). Therefore, the dimension of media analysis through entrepreneurial alertness has an effect on identifying entrepreneurial opportunities. Examining the relationship between the three dimensions of entrepreneurial awareness and identifying entrepreneurial opportunity shows that the effect of scan and search on identifying entrepreneurial opportunity is 0.33*, which is significant at the level of 0.05 according to (t = 2.64). Therefore, the dimension of scan and search has an effect on identifying entrepreneurial opportunities. The effect of the cooperation and communication dimension on identifying entrepreneurial opportunity is 0.41, which is significant at the level of 0.01 according to (t = 3.32). Therefore, the dimension of cooperation and communication has an effect on identifying entrepreneurial opportunities. The effect of evaluation and judgment dimension on identifying entrepreneurial opportunity is 0.52*, which is significant at the level of 0.01 according to (t = 2.17). Therefore, the d cooperation and communication dimension has an effect on identifying entrepreneurial opportunities. Discussion: The development of media literacy will increase the critical view and spirit of cooperation of people. Media literacy provides the basis for increased identifying entrepreneurs' opportunities. Entrepreneurial alertness strengthens this effect and provides an opportunity to create more chances to identify entrepreneurial opportunities by obtaining useful and up-to-date information.
