Understanding the thoughts of writers, elites and thinkers is one of the most important human concerns. Perhaps one of the best ways to understand a person's thoughts and ideas is to use qualitative approaches and in-depth interviews with the person. It can be said that what we write has a conceptual relationship with what we read and cite. Therefore, just as we can understand the text by analyzing the documents, by examining and analyzing the sources used in a person's works, we can possibly know his knowledge, whether written or obvious, or what remains in the back of the thinker's mind. Understanding and not being able to achieve objectivity can be understood and understood. It is possible to comprehensively analyze the citations used in a person's writings and to consider the assumption of the connection between the document and the text, to the ideas proposed by The person realized. The use of citation analysis to study conceptual relationships between document and text is not new, but so far no research has been done using this method with the aim of recognizing and discovering the system of knowledge and the thought of the author of the text. Using this new research approach, in addition to examining the views and ideas of prominent people in a specialized field, can serve the study of the history of science.ConclusionThe use of citation analysis method to study the conceptual relationships between the document and the text is unprecedented, but so far no research has been done using this method to identify and discover the knowledge system and the sphere of thought of the author. Using this new research approach, in addition to examining the opinions and ideas of prominent people in a specialized field, can be used to study the history of science.

Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the thematic structure and production process and growth of articles extracted from master's theses in knowledge and information science of Iranian public universities. Methodology:The present study has examined articles from the beginning to the first half of 1398 through homogeneous analysis. 1425 dissertations were retrieved by searching the dissertation sites. Through the search of researchers, the titles of dissertations in the databases of "Meg Iran", "Normagz", "Science Search Engine", "Humanities Database", "University Jihad Database" and "Google Scholar" were retrieved 623 articles. Excel and Rover Prim software were used to analyze the bibliographic information of the articles and to analyze the homogeneity of the topics of the articles and to unify the keywords. Out of a total of 394 keywords, 59 keywords with a minimum frequency of 5 were selected using the Bradford's law and inclusion threshold to construct the co-occurrence matrix. Then, the created matrix was converted to UCNET software format, and maps and the value of degree, proximity and intermediate degree indicators were drawn and calculated through the software plugin, ie NetDrawFindings: Findings showed that according to the indicators of intermediate centrality and rank, the highest value belongs to the topics of "academic libraries", "librarians", "knowledge management" and "scientometrics". Also, according to the Centrality of Proximity Index, the topics of "librarians", "academic libraries", "information literacy" and "knowledge management" have the most impact on the network. The growth trend reached its highest level in 1994 and 1995. Ferdowsi University of Mashhad with 100 titles and Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz with 83 titles have the first and second ranks of nuclear universities among the universities that publish articles, respectively. Conclusion: The greater focus of dissertation papers on scientometrics, knowledge management, librarians, information literacy, and academic libraries indicates the importance of these topics in postgraduate research.

Introduction: Considering the importance of textbooks in all academic disciplines in transferring knowledge to students, The aim of this study was to analyze the content of organizational knowledge management textbooks and compare it with the headings approved by the Ministry of Science in the field of information science and knowledge.Methodology: The present study is a descriptive and content analysis using the Shannon entropy method. The statistical population includes all textbooks in the course organizational knowledge management and the total population was considered as an example. The research tool was a researcher-made checklist. Results: The major findings of the study showed that the organizational knowledge management textbook 336 times paid attention to the components of Curriculum, . and the attention has the distribution component Mapping knowledge, knowledge management Also, among organizational knowledge management Curriculum, knowledge management definitions Curriculum load factor of 1-/418 and 0/103 of the most attention. And no attention has been paid to the topics of taxonomy and ontologies, knowledge management subsystems, organizational maturity. Regarding the highest number of translation citations to the textbooks of "Organizational Knowledge Management", On 30 occasions, practical problems of knowledge management are mentioned in textbooks. On 24 occasions, the author has shown the student how to do further studies and has addressed additional resources, thus providing the ground for his active presence. The content of the textbooks in this course owes more than twice as much to domestic authors as it does to foreign authors, with 71% of the translation citations for the titles dating back to the 1990s. Regarding the topics of organizational knowledge mapping (equal ratio), knowledge extraction and organizational knowledge auditing with threefold superiority, it can be claimed that the concepts in these three topics have become indigenous and have benefited the most from domestic authors. "Organizational knowledge management" textbooks are in good shape in terms of structural indicators, but in terms of methodological evaluation, most of the content of the books is collectible. Conclusion: Organizational knowledge management textbooks are weak in terms of up-to-date, holistic and native and need to be revised.

Purpose: The scientific activity of researchers in the Agricultural Research, Education and Extension Organization (AREEO) was subjected to study by altmetrics in scientific social network, ResearchGate.Methodology/Approach: This survey was applied in terms of purpose and scientometric methodology with altmetric approach. Relevant data were obtained from the AREEO's scientometric database 2010-2020, as well as the altmetric data from 852 researchers' members of the ResearchGate scientific social network as the holder of the most numerous members and audiences among the scientific social networks in research institutes, national research centers and provincial research centers of the organization. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were used for statistical analysis. Descriptive statistics included the frequency and mean of each of the indicators measured in the ResearchGate network. Inferential statistics (Spearman correlation tests, Kruskal-Wallis and Mann-Whitney tests) were also used to measure the relationships and the presence or absence of differences between the studied variables. Findings: The results showed that nearly one quarter of the researchers of the population were members of the ResearchGate network. Altmetric data showed that there was a direct relationship between the level of activity in ResearchGate and the academic rank of faculty members; with the increase of academic rank in faculty members, the amount of their scientific activity had also increased. The correlation between R. G. score respectively with citations (0.862), observations (0.813) and writings (0.799) was the strongest among its other indicators, but the weakest with questions (0.124) and answers (0.280). Conclusion: The participation of the researchers in scientific social networks as a complementary research tool is an informal and non-mandatory scientific professional activity that can be inferred as a sign of potential capacity and desire for more activity to increase the visibility of their works, citations and scientific cooperation. This will increase their scientific activity and access to up-to-date knowledge, and consequently will increase the productivity. Therefore, informing and creating mechanisms by the managers of the bodies are recommended in this field to encourage the researchers to increase the quantity and quality of their scientific outputs.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the dimensions of the quality of electronic services of online bookstores on the immediate purchasing behavior of students.Methodology: This research is quantitative in terms of approach and descriptive-analytical and correlational in terms of method. The statistical population consists of students who have experienced online shopping at least once. The data was collected from the students of three cities of Qom, Tehran and Ardabil. A total of 214 questionnaires were collected, and analyzes were performed using the PLS Structural Equation Model (PLS) software. Cronbach's alpha test and composite reliability (CR) were used to measure reliability, and average variance extracted (AVE) was used to measure convergent validity.Findings: According to the results of the test, it can be claimed that the quality of electronic services has a positive and significant effect on instant shopping. Also, according to the obtained results, each of the dimensions of ease of use, availability, reliability, design, security and privacy of customers, responsiveness and quality of information respectively have a positive and significant effect on the instant purchase of books by students in online stores. Conclusion: Bookstores should pay special attention to electronic quality and its effect on instant purchase behavior in terms of providers and design appropriate strategies and programs to provide services and online loyalty to their customers. The book is one of the products that cannot be easily accessed due to the physiological and basic needs of humans, which causes its increase and use. Virtual space is a tool that can easily make the book available to the public. It is better to design your internet websites, increase the security of online shopping, pay attention to users' personal information. They improve the quality of information on their websites and answer questions and complaints in the shortest possible time.

Background and Objectives: Emotional Intelligence (EQ) has a significant effect on human behavior. It justifies the lack of success among people with high Intelligence Quotient (IQ) and unexpected success among people with an average IQ. The purpose of the present research was to study the relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational commitment with the mediating role of job satisfaction among librarians of public libraries in East Azarbaijan province.Methodology: The present research is practical in its purpose and utilizes a quantitative approach in a descriptive-correlational method based on structural equation modeling. The study's statistical population consisted of all librarians (421 people) at public libraries in the East Azarbaijan province in 2020. With regard to statistical society and based on Morgan’s size determination table, the sample size was determined (201 persons). Data were gathered with the help of questionnaires of Siberia Schering's emotional intelligence (1998), Smith, Kendall and Hollin's job satisfaction (1969) and Allen & Meyer’s organizational commitment (1990). Reliability of three questionnaires was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient to be 0.81, 0.79 and 0.83, respectively. Findings: The results indicate that there is a positive and significant correlation between EQ and organizational commitment (r=0.317) and EQ and job satisfaction (r=0.348) among the librarians of public libraries. Moreover, there is a significant link between EQ and organizational commitment (β=0.29, t=5/42) in librarians. Furthermore, there is a significant relationship between EQ with job satisfaction (β=0.33, t=5.80) and job satisfaction with organizational commitment (β=0.38, t=7.07). Also, the results of structural equation modeling test showed that the proposed conceptual model regarding the relationship between EQ, job satisfaction and organizational commitment of librarians has a goodness of fit (RMSEA=0.001، CFI=932، GFI=0.938).Discussion: In today’s world, the importance of human resources for growth, development and survival of organizations cannot be overemphasized. Qualified human resources are one of the most important requirements for realizing organizational goals. Appropriate levels of emotional intelligence among employees would result in paying proper attention to clients, lowering expenses, improving relations, reducing conflicts, and refining the teamwork performance.
