Background and Objectives: An examination of the thematic process of the articles reveals the process of thematic growth and development of a scientific field over time. This process enables researchers to compare the research conducted in thematic aspects and certain periods in each field. Thus, they can study and analyze the relationships of the concepts with the help of a knowledge map. The knowledge map identifies concepts and connections between concepts in a scientific field. Illustrating the internal structure of a scientific field helps users to quickly have a clear understanding of the structure of the field by observing the concepts, relations, and distances. One of the main motivations for this research was the ambiguity of the main and important concepts in bioinformatics. Also, the uncertainty of the relationship between the thematic concepts of the published articles was another issue that led to this research. As a result, the uncertainty of the relationship between the concepts used in the articles in bioinformatics led to doing this research. In this study, an attempt was made to identify the main topics (core) considered by researchers and specialists in this field by examining the thematic process of articles. Also, the relationships of these concepts should be drawn in the form of thematic maps and knowledge maps. In the present study, all articles related to bioinformatics, which has been published for about 43 years and has been indexed in the Clarivate database, were reviewed. The present study aimed to draw a thematic map and knowledge of bioinformatics articles with the help of co-word analysis and using semantic exploration tools.
Methodology: This study is descriptive-analytical research performed by using co-word analysis and semantic search tools called Yewno to draw thematic maps and knowledge of bioinformatics. The research community of the present study was all articles in the field of bioinformatics that were indexed in the Clarivate database from 1975 to 2018. As a result of the search for these documents, 53,740 articles were extracted. Data analysis was performed by using Ravar PreMap, BibExcel, VOSviewer software, and Yewno semantic exploration tools.
Findings: The findings show that 741 keywords were identified as the main topics (core) of the articles in bioinformatics, which are used as the most widely used topics in the articles in this field. According to the findings, the topics of "MicroRNA", "Proteomics", "Medical informatics", "Computational Biology", "Microarray", "Gene expression" with the most frequency of application the most important issues identified. As the findings show, a total of 7 clusters were obtained, indicating that bioinformatics articles are thematically 7-axis. The findings show that the concept of "Bioinformatics" is, directly and indirectly, related to the seven main concepts, and this indicates the direct dependence of all the concepts sought in this field. There is a direct and indirect relationship between the concepts of different clusters. According to the findings of the concept "Gene expression" (cluster 1), there is an indirect relationship with the concept of "Metabolomics" (cluster 6) due to the existence of the concept of "Chemical biology" which is not one of the main thematic clusters and is a sub-concept. Also, the concept of "Metabolomics" (cluster 6) is indirectly related to the concept of Bioinformatics through the same concept of "Chemical biology". Also, the indirect connection between the concept "Gene expression" (cluster 1) and "Bioinformatics" concept is established through the two concepts of "RNA-Seq" and "Chemical biology".
Discussion: The results show that in the formed knowledge map, each concept has a direct relationship with the sub-concepts of its own cluster. There is no direct or indirect relationship between the sub-concepts of each cluster and other sub-concepts of the cluster. Thematic maps and knowledge are drawn in this field can be provided to researchers as a pattern for determining research priorities.

Background and Objectives: Image indexing based on search engines in retrieving text-based and content-based indexed images using the Delphi technique.
Methodology: This research is applied in terms of classifying research according to the method of data collection (research design), using the Delphi technique, and in terms of classifying research according to the purpose. The statistical population of the qualitative stage of this research included all the specialists who worked in the offices of national newspapers in Tehran and had sufficient aristocracy and mastery in all five search engines studied. Most of them, depending on the type of activity and field of work, work with a maximum of one or two search engines and are aware. Therefore, only 16 specialists were selected as the available sample for Delphi panel members. In the present study, the experts reached a general consensus with twenty questions in four stages, which were indexed based on a range of five Likert options (from very weak to very good). Given the low Kendall coefficient in the fourth round, the low agreement of the panel members, and the significance of the third round, it is concluded that there was no increase in agreement in this round, and the polling process should be stopped. In this study, after reviewing the existing texts and sources by documentary method (library study), 150 specialized questions in the field were collected. After discussion and exchange of views with experts and professors in this field, 31 questions were approved for implementation, which with 3 main components separately [image search engine evaluation criteria (nineteen questions), image retrieval based on text-based indexing (six questions), And image retrieval was performed based on content-based indexing (six questions). In the meantime, Hamshahri newspaper, with its various publications as well as provincial special issues, magazines (My Land, 24, Children, Health, Youth, Stories, Knowledge, Clues, Story Books, Advertising Brochures, Exhibition Brochures, etc.) [In addition to the 5 selected image search engines, there were other very good image search engines in this field that even ranked very well on Alexa (the international website for ranking sites and blogs); However, due to the lack of use of this language and inefficiency in Iran and the lack of a specific audience, we have ignored their choice in this study]. The results of 9 experts showed that the questionnaire's relative validity coefficient of 32 items out of 40 items was higher than the critical coefficient value of 0.78. However, the relative validity of the eight-item content was less than the critical coefficient and was omitted. Therefore, in the relative coefficient index, the content validity of 32 questionnaire items was confirmed. Also, the content validity index of the other 31 questionnaire items was higher than the standard value of 0.79. As a result, 31 questionnaire items were approved in terms of two relative content validity coefficients. In addition, Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the reliability of the questionnaire with 31 items on 16 experts showed that it is equal to 0.916, which is a high coefficient.
Findings: Google's search engine showed a higher image retrieval rate based on their evaluation criteria. There was no significant difference between the studied search engines from the perspective of experts in the field of image retrieval based on text-based indexing at the level of P <0.05. Yandex search engine has a higher content indexing based on indexing based on more content at the level of P <0.05. Also, the Google search engine is significantly more efficient at the level of P \u003c0.05 in terms of retrieving images based on the areas under study. The results of the present study indicate that: 1. In the search engines, from the point of view of experts in the field of image retrieval based on text-based indexing, there are more or fewer differences, so the highest average, in this case, belonged to the Google search engine, and the lowest average belonged to the Pinterest search engine. 2. Experts in image retrieval based on content-based indexing see some differences between the search engines, so the Yandex search engine showed the highest average in this case, and the Yahoo search engine had the lowest average among the surveyed search engines. 3. Regarding image retrieval based on evaluation criteria, there are some differences between the average search engines from the perspective of experts. Hence, the average Google search engine is higher than the average of other search engines, while the Yandex search engine, in this case, is the lowest. Has had an average. 4. From the experts' point of view, there are differences between the studied search engines regarding the most efficient search engine in retrieving images based on the researched areas. The results show that Google's search engine has a much higher average than other studied search engines and the lowest average. Has been to the Pinterest search engine.
Discussion: Google's general search engines perform better than other search engines (Yahoo, Bing, Pinterest, and Yandex) in retrieving images; web image searchers can also choose the search engine that suits their needs and interior designers for better design. In addition, these results can be generalized to similar areas, and search engine designers will find out which indexing method to use to retrieve images better. In conclusion, it is suggested that to pay more attention to the indexing and retrieval of images in search engines; designers should consider such features based on the main components identified separately: A. Criteria for image search engines (add a special code for image copyright, apply all components of this research as a menu and submenu in image search engines, notify the owners of the email (images) when uploading images for support) B. Consider image retrieval based on content-based indexing (possibility to combine multiple colors simultaneously, searchable image edges to be able to draw shapes, simultaneous searchability of image content information).

Background and Objectives: Today, information retrieval has been considered by researchers in various fields as an aspect of information behavior. Research suggests that informational behavior is formed in the social, psychological, and environmental contexts. There seems to be a find a link between psychological factors and the field of behavioral information. One of the psychological factors that can make this connection possible is the issue of mindfulness. Therefore, the purpose of the present study is to analyze the relationship between mindfulness and the information-seeking behavior of graduate students of Kermanshah universities.Methodology: The present study is applied in terms of purpose and survey-descriptive in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of the study included graduate students of Razi University, Medical Sciences and Islamic Azad University, Kermanshah Branch. Sample size was obtained by stratified random sampling. The selection of the statistical population was purposeful. Data collection tools were performed using two questionnaires, including a 39-item short version Baer et al (2006) of the mindfulness scale. Furthermore, using the researcher-made questionnaire with 20 questions in the form of six subscales information-seeking behavior was measured. Data analysis was performed using Pearson test and multiple regression using SPSS software version 23.Finding: The Pearson correlation coefficient indicated that there was a significant relationship between the subscale of mindfulness including five subscales of observation, description, and operation with alertness, imprecision, and non-communicability as independent variables with information-seeking behavior. Regression results showed that the subscale of observation, description, and observation, action with alertness, irrationality, and non-communicability could significantly explain the variance of information-seeking behavior. Conclusion: Since information behavior originates in the minds of individuals the findings of the study indicate the effect of mindfulness variables on information behavior. The findings of this research from a theoretical and practical point of view can lead to a clearer explanation of the mindset of information behavior and provide a deeper understanding of psychological processing.

Purpose: This study sought to answer these questions that How is the experience of Flow among Razi University students in studding as well as in cyberspace. Methodology: The present study was a type of applied research that was conducted using survey method. The research data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire. The questionnaire was based on the Csikszentmihalyi Flow theory for work and learning environments, and by making changes to it, a 36-question questionnaire was developed based on the Likert five-step spectrum. Out of a total of 36 questions, 12 questions were assigned to assess the Flow experience in each of the components (course based study, non-course based study and cyberspace use). To assess the validity of the questionnaire, the opinions of several professors and PhD students in information science were used. Data reliability of the data collection instrument was also calculated using Cronbach's alpha, and the 0.87 alpha coefficient indicated the appropriate reliability of the questionnaire. Using random sampling method, 375 questionnaires were distributed among Razi University students, of which 322 questionnaires were completed, returned and analyzed. Data analysis was performed using version 25 of SPSS software.Findings: The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was between 1.96 and 1.96, and based on this, it can be argued that the distribution of the cumulative frequency observed was the same as the expected cumulative frequency distribution and the distribution of the studied adjective to the normal distribution. Therefore, it was possible to use parametric tests for research. The results of the variable t-test showed that the Flow experience among Razi University students in cyberspace is significantly greater than when they study - whether they are studying or not. Conclusion: Low Flow experience while studying can be due to poor reading skills and reading habits, which are common even among students. . Other reasons for not experiencing Flow while studying include the possible imbalance between skill and challenge, which can sometimes make the activity sometimes anxious, sometimes boring, meaning that if the challenge is more than skill, the person will be anxious. And if it is less than skilled, he will get bored.
