هدف: افزایش روز افزون اطلاعات و پی بردن به ارزش و اهمیت آن در زندگی شخصی و حرفهای افراد، معضل چگونگی دسترسی به اطلاعات را برای آنها به دنبال داشته و دسترسی به اطلاعات مورد نیازشان مهارتهای خاصی را طلب مینماید. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی رفتار اطلاعاتی کاربران کتابخانه‌های عمومی شهرستان سقز در شبکه جهانی وب می‌باشد.روش: این پژوهش به شیوه پژوهش کیفی پدیدارشناسی و با استفاده از مصاحبه‌های عمیق و نیمه ساختار یافته و نمونه‌گیری مبتنی بر هدف انجام شده است. جامعه پژوهش کلیه کاربران کتابخانه‌های عمومی شهرستان سقز بودند که حجم نمونه این پژوهش براساس معیار اشباع 25 نفر بودند. افراد مورد مصاحبه دیدگاه‌ها و تجارب خود را پیرامون شبکه جهانی وب و محتوای سایت‌هایی که بازدید می‌شود، به بحث گذاشتند. مکالمات ضبط و سپس دست‌نویسی شد و با استفاده از روش درون مایه‌ای براون و کلارک تجزیه و تحلیل شد.یافته‌ها: طی این پژوهش 5 درونمایه اصلی که هر کدام حاوی تعدادی درون مایه فرعی هستند استخراج شد درونمایه‌ها عبارتند از: دلایل کارآمدی، عوامل ترغیب‌کننده، سواد اطلاعاتی و رسانه‌ای، پیامد، محدودیت‌ها، نیازهای اطلاعاتی کاربران.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این پژوهش می‌تواند برای خود فرد، خانواده‌ها و مسئولین سودمند باشد. مسئله مهم در این پژوهش لزوم آموزش کاربران جهت آشنایی با جنبه‌های کاربردی مثبت و پیامدهای منفی شبکه جهانی وب برای گزینش آگاهانه منابع و اطلاعات است. و همچنین لزوم افزایش سرعت اینترنت و سیستم‌های کامپیوتری در کتابخانه‌های عمومی و ارسال خدمات آگاهی‌رسانی جاری، فهرست مندرجات نشریه‌های تخصصی و .. به پست الکترونیکی کاربران می‌باشد.

Purpose: This article demonstrates how students experience reading in printed and electronic formats and what factors are involved in selecting reading materials.Methodology: This study was performed by quality approach and interpreted with phenomenological method. Findings: This analysis showed that cause factors (instrumental and value believes), field conditions (cognition and perception, access and comfort) and intervening condition (feeling) have basic rules in selecting reading formats. It was realized that these people used approaches based on subject and context value for selecting format and the results of these approaches were pleasure and behavior which will create for readers.Originality/value: This is the first study that makes an attempt to draw field model of lived experience, causal factors, field and intervening conditions of reading in printed and electronic format.
