چکیده

چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین تأثیر اشتراک‌دانش‌وب بر کارآفرینی‌دانش باتوجه به نقش میانجی پذیرش‌فناوری‌اطلاعات براساس مدلTOE درمیان کارکنان نهاد کتابخانه‌های عمومی‌کشور است.

روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر گردآوری داده‌ها توصیفی پیمایشی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه کتابداران کتابخانه‌های عمومی کشور به تعداد 7000 نفر تشکیل می‌دهند که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 364 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه‌های اشتراک‌دانش‌وب طاهرخانی، طهماسبی و قیاسی(2022)، کارآفرینی‌دانش اسکرزسکی(2006) و پذیرش فناوری اطلاعات چاندرا و کاریپورناندا(2018) استفاده شد. روایی صوری، محتوایی و سازه ‌ابزار مورد تایید و پایایی آنها نیز با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه و تایید گردید. جهت تحلیل نتایج از نرم‌افزارهای افزارهای spss22 و PLS3.8 استفاده‌ گردید است.

یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان‌داد که ضریب‌تأثیر، اشتراک‌دانش‌وب برکارآفرینی‌دانش کارکنان و پذیرش‌فناوری‌اطلاعات به‌ترتیب برابر 554/0 و 415/0؛ ضریب‌تاثیر پذیرش‌فناوری‌اطلاعات بر کارآفرینی‌دانش‌کارکنان برابر 887/0 و ضریب‌تأثیر پذیرش فناوری اطلاعات در رابطه بین اشتراک دانش‌وب و کارآفرینی‌دانش برابر 583/0 محاسبه‌گردید که درتمام مسیرها مقدار آماره آزمون محاسبه شده بزرگ‌تر از 96/1 شده‌است. همچنین یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که اشتراک‌دانش‌وب برکارآفرینی‌دانش و پذیرش‌فناوری‌اطلاعات براساس مدل TOE کارکنان تأثیر مثبت ومعناداری داشته ونقش میانجی پذیرش‌فناوری‌اطلاعات براساس مدل TOE در تأثیراشتراک دانش‌وب برکارآفرینی‌دانش کارکنان تأیید شده‌است.

نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های تحقیق می‌توان استنباط کرد که توسعه‌ی کارآفرینی دانش مستلزم ایجاد و تقویت زیرساخت‌هایی چون اشتراک دانش وب و فناوری اطلاعات است و باید به آن‌ها به‌صورت یک فرایند به هم پیوسته نگریست و ضروری است که توسط کتابخانه ها مورد توجه جدی قرارگیرد.

چکیده [English]

Objective: To explain the effect of web knowledge sharing on knowledge entrepreneurship according to the mediating role of information technology acceptance based on the TOE model among the employees of the Iran Public Librarries Foundation.

Methodology: In terms of purpose, the present research is applied, and in terms of data collection, it is a descriptive survey of the correlation type. The statistical population of the research consists of all the librarians of the public libraries of the country in the number of 7000 people, and 364 people were selected as a sample using Cochran's formula. To collect information from questionnaires Web knowledge sharing, Taherkhani, Tahmasbi and Ghiasi(2022), Knowledge Entrepreneurship Skrzeszewski(2006) and information technology acceptance Chandra and karippurnanda(2018) were used. The face, content and construct validity of the instrument was confirmed and their reliability was also calculated and confirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. SPSS22 and PLS3.8 software were used to analyze the results.

Findings: The findings of the research showed that the coefficient of influence of web knowledge sharing on employee knowledge creation and acceptance of information technology is 0.554 and 0.415, respectively; The coefficient of the adoption of information technology on the knowledge entrepreneurship of employees was calculated as 0.887 and the coefficient of the adoption of information technology in the relationship between web knowledge sharing and knowledge entrepreneurship was calculated as 0.583. It has become bigger than 1.96. Also, the findings showed that web knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on knowledge creation and information technology acceptance based on the TOE model of employees, and the mediating role of information technology acceptance based on the TOE model in the effect of web knowledge sharing on knowledge creation of employees is confirmed. has been

Conclusion: According to the findings of the research, it can be concluded that the development of knowledge entrepreneurship requires the creation and strengthening of infrastructures such as web knowledge sharing and information technology, and they should be viewed as an interconnected process. And it is necessary to be taken seriously by libraries
